I had the security light replaced at the front of the house as the previous one was no longer working. Fil came on time and completed the work quickly. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended to RandSons as i needed 3 pendants changed from 3 pin to 2 pin which was done today by Adam who was excellent, I first spoke to Phil & explained what I needed he was so helpful & communication was 1st class, I would highly recommend there services.

I have found from past experience that looking for tradespersons on Which that are also approved by the Hertfordshire Trading Standards is a good way to find a good quality tradesperson and this was the case with RandSons. Filippo was always very helpful and answered any questions I had about the work. I had my old fuse box replaced by a new one and Filippo recommended the best configuration to meet current standards and give the best electrical protection. The work was done to a high standard. During the testing stage after installation Filippo and his apprentice identified a problem with the wiring in my kitchen which had not be done as a proper ring main when the kitchen was fitted in the past. Filippo returned on another day and managed to rewire the kitchen correctly without any damage or visible signs that the work had been done. Excellent job, and I will not hesitate to contact him again if any more electrical work needs to be done. A good way to contact RandSons is to use their websites enquiry form which is part of the software system RandSons use that also provides clear detailed quotations, invoices and also keeps you notified when they will be coming to do the work. Very professional service.

Having installed inside and outside electrical cabling as well as lighting and sockets, data cabling and an alarm, I would trust and recommend Filippo and his team without hesitation. Filippo's fair price, knowledge and advice on installation and pre-work fault finding and diagnosis through to being flexible in fitting around other trades for installation as well as the follow up to make sure that everything was installed and working successfully mean that he will definitely be the first person I will call for any electrical, data, alarm or security work in the future. I had a new alarm fitted which integrated my existing wired sensors and added a couple of new wireless sensors. I also had an electrical lighting fault repaired and Cat6 ethernet cabling installed. Fil and Adam did a great job. Everything was up and running the same day, working flawlessly. Fil is extremely helpful and will advise on the appropriate work to suit your needs, including cost savings on unnecessary extras. We will definitely use RandSons again.

Needed to get some work done which kitchen fitters electrician had left incomplete. To cap it all in the week before Xmas. Wasn't very hopeful but Fillippo came around assessed the job including repairing damaged under cupboard lights and came the following week on time to complete everything. He and Max are a great team and did everything required in record time without fuss and for a reasonable price. Fillippo is not only a highly skilled electrician but an electronics engineer who can actually repair things rather than shrug their shoulders and say get a new one.. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Top people!

Filippo and his apprentice Adam are top professionals. They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and worked very well together. Fil is the fault-finding champion and refused to be defeated until he found and fixed the issue intermittently tripping our fuse box. I will use him again for rewiring a kitchen refurbishment I have planned.

I contacted Fil if he would be interested in installing our home security system. He visited the very same day to carry out an assessment. Within days he provided me with a quote which I considered to be reasonable. An agreed date of the 24th March was planned for the work to be carried out. Fil and his assistant arrived on time. Attended within 24 hours of the first contact, to fit a cooker switch and circuit. Speedy, efficient and polite. Great communication throughout, including a text to inform us of the cost of the parts, plus a call when they were 10 minutes away from arrival. Will use them again.

I called Fillippo last week to assess the property for electrics and fittings. Found him in Google so wasn't aware i could find them on trusted traders. He was prompt , courteous and listened to our needs and practically suggested the changes with minimal to no changes to the current decor. I really liked his quality of work and was impressed with the way he did the job. The place was left neat and tidy. The pricing was reasonable compared to other traders who i spoke to. I recommend his services and would definitely use his services in the future.

From my very first phone contact to the completion of the job Fil gave an absolutely amazing professional service. Efficient - turned up when he said he would, kept in communication by phone. I contacted RandSons as a previous electrician let me down. From the start they were professional and punctual with quotes and appointments. They picked up on some dangerous elements of work completed by the previous electrician and put these right before completing the job. All in all a great service.

Filippo of R & Sons was excellent from the outset. He was professional, honest, and his workmanship was exemplary. It really pays in the long run to go with an electrician approved by Hertfordshire trading standards. He carried out an NIC assessment after a recently discovered damaged socket in our home, and thankfully uncovered other safety issues with our wiring. He also installed two chandelier lights. Where repair or replacement was unnecessary, he was honest enough to tell us, and billing was transparent throughout. I highly recommend Phil and R & Sons for any home or business premises electrical repair or assessment.

Phil was an amiable and easy going person to deal with. His job was to install all sockets in a new extension as well as outside lights and all the ceiling lights.He was proactive in suggesting modern lighting of which we were not aware and we are very happy with the results of his work. Obviously he had to fit in with other aspects of the work on our extension but always ensured that the his work was done in time to fit in with other elements of the building. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a reliable professional.

I found RandSons from “Which” reviews and asked them to quote for converting the lighting in my house from halogen to LED. Filippo visited me, made some suggestions and quoted for the work which I considered to be very reasonable. We agreed a day for the work to be carried out and Filippo arrived with one of his assistants. Everything was done efficiently and all the rubbish cleared and taken away. All in all I was very satisfied with the service provided and Filippo was very friendly and easy to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
