Rapid Repair Draincare quickly responded to my call for help with a slow running toilet. Simon and colleague quickly found a blockage caused by the ingress of tree roots. A future date was arranged and work to remove the roots and reline the pipe was subsequently carried out. The team were able to share the camera pictures of the drain problems and the repairs once carried out. Work was done competently and area tidied and reinstated satisfactorily.

Efficient and quick, very kind and helpful. An excellent job & nice manner. What a pity the man from another company was unpleasant and bullying 24 hours a day. No help on Sunday, I waited 23 hours for help to come.

Simon of Rapid Repair unblocked our main drain, removed the tree roots that were the cause of the problem and relined the pipe. His expertise was superb and his communication of the process brilliant. He truly went 'the extra mile' for us and I would recommend him without hesitation. I would certainly use his excellent services again, if needed.
