I emailed Rapid Repair Draincare about an intermittent problem with my downstairs toilet. They responded very quickly and arranged an appointment for the following morning. Simon completed the necessary work efficiently, explaining and showing me what needed doing throughout. He advised about further work that’s needed because of damage caused by roots of a nearby hedge and shrub. He also advised about contacting Yorkshire Water to inform them of work needed outside my house boundary. It was very good to have a skilled contractor who is very knowledgeable and happy to share the process with the customer, as well as being pleasant and efficient.

Simon attended promptly to our problem of a blocked drain, quickly identified the area and cause for the blockage, cleared it quickly, applied a power water jet to flush the whole system to the manhole, inspected the inside of the pipes using a remote camera, all within one hour. Very efficient service, explaining the process and findings throughout.

Rapid Repair Draincare quickly responded to my call for help with a slow running toilet. Simon and colleague quickly found a blockage caused by the ingress of tree roots. A future date was arranged and work to remove the roots and reline the pipe was subsequently carried out. The team were able to share the camera pictures of the drain problems and the repairs once carried out. Work was done competently and area tidied and reinstated satisfactorily.
