I recently had the pleasure of having Chandan install a new boiler in my Hackney property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. From the outset, Chandan was a true professional, demonstrating not only in-depth knowledge of his trade but also a genuine commitment to ensuring the job was done right. Chandan arrived on time, was courteous and respectful of my property, and took the time to explain the installation process, answering any questions I had with patience and clarity. The installation was completed efficiently, and Chandan's attention to detail was evident in every step of the process. What stood out most, however, was Chandan's dedication to customer satisfaction. He made sure to test the system thoroughly and walked me through the operation and maintenance of the new boiler, ensuring I was fully comfortable and confident in using it. We were referred to Rapidheat247@gmail.com from the Worcester Bosch approved suppliers list. We chose the vendor because of the 35 good reviews and the Which? rating. The vendor did not respond to a website inquiry. We telephoned the next day and he was available the following morning. The engineer arrived and diagnosed the fault and recommended a course of action and provided a cost estimate. We asked him to schedule the work as soon as possible. We paid his call-out fee via a contactless payment machine. He read but did not respond to our further text message, confirming that he should schedule the work. He did not respond to our email message or telephone call. After waiting a week, we asked British Gas to visit, as they also have a repair service. The British Gas engineer visited and diagnosed the fault as something else. The hot water has now been fixed. In summary, the vendor took a charge without invoicing us, stopped responding to us and never returned to complete the course of repair he recommended.

Dear customer, We appreciate your feedback. We are very sorry you feel that you have had a bad experience on this occasion. As mentioned above, you opted to employ our services because of the positive recommendations on Worcester Bosch suppliers list which we take pride in. However, on this occasion, an engineer was sent out to you who diagnosed the problem and advised a course of action but due to manufacture issues was unable to rectify the problem there and then. In regards to charge, all of our pricing is advertised on our public website for all customers to see. We try our best to satisfy every client’s needs.

Chandan came on the afternoon we called him (just after Christmas), tracked down the problem with our boiler, fixed it and serviced the boiler. He was friendly, constructive and helpful - told us that Worcester give a 10 year guarantee on their boilers, which we hadn’t realised - and got the job done quickly and effectively. We’ll definitely be using him again.

I called out rapid response because my 92 year old mum's sink drain was blocked. They came out the same day, kept me updated when they'd arrive, checked they had the right place, and were patient with her getting to the door. The engineer did an excellent job, offered to show a video of what he'd done and explained both the problem and how to stop it happening again. Recommended.

Highly recommend Rapid Response Heating and Plumbing Company

We had our boiler and radiators replaced last week by Rapid Response Plumbing and Heating Company. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chandan and his talented team especially JP and Sagoo who were working our property with Chandan. They are very experienced and have a very thorough approach to the job; starting with planning the job well from the outset and above all else working very quickly to ensure that the work is completed on time. What I particularly liked is they relocated the new boiler in a much better and safer location than our old boiler. I also was very pleased with their customer care approach as they were eager to get feedback as they did the job and were tackling any issues or changes very quickly in good spirit without asking for additional charges. I would therefore give them 10/10 on the following:  Speed of getting the work done!  Quality of the installation: excellent  Customer care: job was kept very neat at all times; waste removed at the end of the day; they are trustworthy we gave them our keys to finish the job whilst we went to work They are also competitive in terms of their quote and so all-around great guys! We chose them over the other three quotes based on the feedback and I can confirm these are valid feedback on the company and if you are considering them go with them; you will not be disappointed!

I was absolutely delighted with the work done by Rapid Response, specifically replacement of Worcester Bosch flue at short notice and at a very good price. The company is fully accredited by Worcester Bosch (and other major companies too). Communication by phone and WhatsApp was clear and helpful. The team of engineers were extremely polite and professional throughout. They explained exactly what was being done at each stage and also answered my questions. They worked carefully and tidily and carried out a whole series of tests once the flue was fitted to ensure everything was properly installed. I notice how many positive review the company has and they are fully deserved. I am delighted to have found this company and will certainly book Chad and the team again for any heating and plumbing issues. I am a very happy customer.
