Ray of Light completed a great job of fitting a double plug socket on an external wall of my house. They attended on time on the date that was agreed and fitted the socket, along with an internal switch with minimal fuss. They cleaned up after themselves and also tested the work to ensure it was operating safely. I'd recommend Colin (Ray of Light) for any other household electrical jobs.

We found Ray of Light on trusted trader looking at Colins feedback from customers. I contacted Colin for an estimate and he came out and advised us on solutions within 24 hours as he was local to us. Once we agreed the quote a date was set a couple of weeks away. Colin always turned promptly when he said he would and did a quality job. He was very courteous and got on well with my fatherinlaw whos bungalow the work was in. Colin did his best to minimise what decorating would be needed after the heaters were replaced and always swept up and tidied away his rubbish before leaving site. It is rare to find a good reliable tradesman so I will definitely be keeping his number.

Contacted Colin (Ray of Light Electrical Services Limited) initially for advice regarding a couple of old electric storage heaters. After speaking to him we agreed a price for two new replacement energy efficient electric storage heaters and the replacement of a heat and smoke alarms that were not up to code. The work was carried out in two days and Colin even came back to advise the smart meter fitter on the apartment block wiring. Colin was excellent from start to finish, prompt, very knowledgable and extremely patience with my many questions. His work was first class and I would highly recommend him.

Colin is an extraordinary electrician and the only one that my wife and I trust. My wife has known Colin for many years for the work that he has done on houses in Coventry and Rugby. The quality of his work is always outstanding. He has amazing attention to detail, never cuts corners and is always meticulous, tidy and safe. He even came to London to help us diagnose/ rectify work that a substandard work than another electrician had done. Subsequent local electricians commented that the quality of his report was very, very high. He’s like the Rolls Royce of electricians - but very reasonably priced too!
