Richardson Fencing Ltd in Dorking, Surrey, & Brads Fencing in Woking have now joined together to become RB Fencing Ltd.

We are proud to be one of the South East's leading fencing contractors and we have extensive experience across Surrey in all types of fencing and gates including security fencing and school fencing.

As a family run business our emphasis is on high quality workmanship with quality materials and always undertaken in a safe, cost effective manner. All our staff complete extensive training programme's and uphold our company values with the majority of our fitters having been with us many years.

Our reputation for fencing in Surrey and the surrounding South East area has been built on a professional approach with the emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction. As a result of this, we are proud to say the majority of our work comes from personal recommendation.

The fence looks lovely. They were punctual, polite, tidied up behind them, did an excellent job, billed for the quoted price, all correspondence was clear. We have used them before and will use them again.

Brads responded promptly to provide a quote for a small fence repair, back in March. They then provided a date for the work to be done. There was a long wait, as they are very busy, but they kept to the promised date. I'm happy with their work and will use them again.

I have used Richardson Fencing before (formerly Brads) and was impressed again with the high quality materials used and their standard of workmanship. The 2 gentlemen worked in very wet conditions under foot but left the site very neat and tidy. I would have no hesitation in using this company again or recommending them to others.

Unsatisfactory installation of gate post

Brads inspected fully and advised we required one new gate post & a set of new hinges. Brads approved the use of existing gates and one post. After fitting, Brads assured me the new post was upright, in fact it leans by one inch unlike the opposite post. This looks unsightly and badly effects the gate. We were not told this is what we would get. Brads agreed to inspect our complaint but failed to turn up; they ignored emails, letter & complaint & have made no attempt to resolve the problems.

A Which? Trusted Traders staff member replied on behalf of the trader (on 22/06/2015)
Brads fencing was asked to look at this project by the client last year due to another fencing contractor walking off site.
This should have been a warning, but we supplied a quote to replace one gate post only at the customers request. He did not want to pay for more.
This was erected to our high standards and eliminated the problems caused by the other contractor.
This was inspected after a complaint and no faults were found in our work.
We always welcome constructive comments and investigate.

Built new wooden fence, and also new wire netting fence. Very pleased with careful manner in which they proceeded with the work, taking good care of the many plants which were once attached and supported by the old fence. Good site clearance. New fence looks marvellous.

They installed a 40ft fence. It was the first time I had used them, but had heard from others that they were good. The wood used was good quality and they were neat and tidy making sure not to damage plants.
