We are proud to be one of the South East's leading fencing contractors and we have extensive experience across Surrey in all types of fencing and gates including security fencing and school fencing.

Had my fallen fence replaced in May. The quote was reasonable, but the work turned out unexpectedly difficult. I am really pleased with the finish and appreciate their professionalism. First, one of the panels was an odd size and had to be specially made to fit in. Then the underneath of the fallen wooden poles was full of big stones which took two days to drill through. The workman Tom did a great job, very tidy and courteous. The boss Mr Richardson kept me informed, arranged the whole work done in time and didn't charge me a penny extra. Thank you. I highly recommend RB Fencing Ltd to anyone who needs a fence job.

2/3 years ago RB Fencing provided a replacement fence at our village hall. Earlier this year someone drove into the fence and broke one of the main posts. RB returned, replaced the post and left the fence in the original good condition. I recently had work completed by RB fencing and found that both office staff and the gentleman that came to my house were all polite and very helpful in communicating what needed to be done. (Concrete repair spurs to fix a broken fence and one new overlap 5ft panel in between existing posts). Materials used were of a high quality and the time keeping was excellent. Workers were polite, tidy and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending RB fencing to anyone. They are a great company to deal with. The work is of a high quality for a fair price.

From start to finish the company acted in a professional, efficient yet friendly manner. The response to my initial request was the same day. The site visit was as scheduled, the quote prompt and set out clearly giving a range of options for either partial repair or complete replacement of posts and panels involving a two sides of the garden. The work for total replacement was carried out over a two day period in very miserable conditions but the end result was very neat with fairly minimal damage to flower beds and foliage. Regular consultation took place to ensure that I was entirely happy with the work as the team progressed. The service provided by RB Fencing could not be faulted.

I tried six companies to get a quote for the work to be done at my property, RB Fencing was one of only two that actually came to the property to check what was involved [Replacing a 6" gatepost that holds a lengthy 5 bar gate (The others simply wanted pictures sent thru)] - this was the first box ticked for me. Coming to the property also helped because Mark came up with a solution to stabilise & strengthen our gate, which had not been part of my initial request but was gratefully received. The quote was competitive - slightly more expensive than one and slightly cheaper than the rest, but meeting Mark made me feel comfortable that RB Fencing was the right company for me. The work was carried out on an absolutely atrocious day, torrential rain all morning, but the guy arrived on time, was very personable and (after a cup of tea) cracked on with the job. The site was left clean & tidy, with all debris removed, and - a couple of months later - I can confirm that the post is still rock solid. In short I would not hesitate to recommend RB Fencing.

This is the first time I have used Richardson Fencing and contacted them when I needed a new fence post and some repairs to a couple of 6 bar gates. These had previously been installed nearly 20 years ago by a company which Richardson bought when the owner finally retired. I was not disappointed in any way as they have been efficient, polite and sensible with all their contact with me and the job was done perfectly and they arrived on the agreed day. I have no price comparison data so cannot really comment on that apart from the fact that I was happy and they stuck to their quote. I will certainly use them again without hesitation and because of that am happy to recommend them.

We needed about 50m of wooden fencing to restore privacy after our neighbours had removed a line of trees and shrubs from their garden, and also to make both gardens dog proof. Following an excellent stopgap job by RB Fencing done at very short notice just before Christmas, we went straight to them for this more comprehensive one. Access was really awkward: the fence had to go at the back of a shrubbery and involved the removal of an existing chainlink fence and posts, plus several concrete posts from a much earlier fence. They had to deal with copious shrubs and roots and cart the whole lot away. In addition to that, they couldn’t park their truck within 50m of the job. They were punctual, polite, extremely efficient and completed the whole fence in 4 1/2 days. It is clearly a thoroughly professional job, looks brilliant, and we are very pleased with it. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RB.

RB Fencing installed 4 new fence panels and 2 new posts as per their quote. I was not at home when the work was done, when home and upon inspection of the work done there was a clear need for a 3rd post. I've had 2 new fence panels fitted to an existing post which is rotting at the base. This was rotting post was clearly missed when the survey was done and quote prepared. Why did they not phone me on the day of works to ask if I'd like a 3rd post fitted, which I would have been very happy to pay for at the time ? I'm now left with a sub standard fence which needs me to get workmen back in to take down the new fence, install a new post and refit the fence - all extra unnecessary time and cost to me. I withheld 20% of the invoice cost until my query was resolved. Disapointingly RB Fencing have made no attempt to resolve this issue, they have not phoned me, they have ignored my emails, they are only interested in me settling the bill in full and are now sending threatening letters. They did the work that was quoted for but clearly missed the 3rd post at survey, they are the fencing experts not me, a phonecall on the day of works is all that was needed to leave me a happy customer. Such a shame.

On this occasion they were replacing the final original length of fencing surrounding our property, having done the other lengths previously. As ever, the process was very smooth, with a fair price sent in advance, a date confirmed and the materials fully-specified. RB Fencing were asked to quote to replace a rear boundary fence and gate. Mark and his team were always punctual, arrived on time and tried when finished. The job involved replacing the rear boundary fence with concrete posts, concrete gravel boards, panels and a locking gate. There was some excavating involved and root removal due to the proximity of undergrowth on the boundary. The job was well handled in the time stipulated and the price agreed. This was the first time I have had any form of proper fencing carried out, and the guys really took it up a level! Excellent firm to do business with. I requested a quote for the work and they immediately let me know the likely timescale before the work could be undertaken due to the post-lockdown backlog. The job was surveyed and the quote provided on the date agreed. The team doing the work were friendly, professional, and very tidy and the workmanship and materials used were excellent. The managing director of RB visited my house and I gave full brief for drive way gate, patio gate and fences approximately for a budget of min £10K. He promised that he was going to prepare me a quote. But despite my email, phone calls he didn't send any reply nor showed any respect to say he won't do the job. This cause me to lose trust because I got in touch following this site recommendation and I lost a full month to wait for his quote.

Remove a concrete fencing post that had broken in a recent storm. This involved digging the post out of a concrete path, fitting the new post and repairing the path and an adjoining wall. One new arris-rail fence panel needed to be fitted. another similar fence panel needed to be repaired and refitted to the new post. All spoil taken away and disposed of. The job was completed within the morning and everything was clean and in good order. A great job.

Brads inspected fully and advised we required one new gate post & a set of new hinges. Brads approved the use of existing gates and one post. After fitting, Brads assured me the new post was upright, in fact it leans by one inch unlike the opposite post. This looks unsightly and badly effects the gate. We were not told this is what we would get. Brads agreed to inspect our complaint but failed to turn up; they ignored emails, letter & complaint & have made no attempt to resolve the problems.
