RC Scaffolding & Roofing

I contacted the company for a quote to repair part of a roof leaking into an upstairs window and they responded very quickly, by email and phone. Once it was agreed, they arranged to come to do the job the following week. They phoned me to agree the day and duly arrived, on time, to erect the necessary scaffolding. This was quickly done and the repair proceeded immediately and was finished within a couple of hours, with the scaffolding taken away later the same day. The scaffolding and roofing staff were always polite and quietly efficient. This was amazing service. Their key to the company's efficiency is the fact that they handle both the scaffolding and roofing so there is no waiting around. Their communications with me were always timely, courteous and helpful. I certainly cannot fault their customer service - they even contacted me the day the job was done to halve the amount of their quote because the repair had been carried out more quickly than expected. Overall, a brilliant roofing contractor whom I shall not hesitate to use in the future.
