Ricky was really helpful in assessing our faulty boiler and explaining clearly what was needed, and why. I felt really confident in his manner and the way he told me the costs and my options. He was also able to reassure me that investing in the boiler was the right thing - no need to replace it which I feared may be needed as it's over 10 years old. Ricky was efficient, worked hard and left the space as he found it. I'd definitely recommend him.

Fixing smelly waste pipe

Ricky really helped us by identifying why our house had a foul smell and fixing the correct valve onto the waste pipe to stop the smell. The smell is completely gone since he added the valve! Ricky and his assistant were very tidy with their work, and were very considerate with their Covid precautions. I highly recommend RCB plumbing and will be booking them for any future plumbing needs.

First time I have used RCB Plumbing (found through Trusted Traders) and I was very happy with their service. Mr Ball was well presented, turned up on time and had a pleasant demeanour. He carried out the work in an efficient manner and cleaned up after him. I like tradesmen who wear protective shoe covers when entering my house. I will definitely be using them in future.

Mr Ball was highly recommended. He arrived on time everyday and cleaned before leaving every day. The estimate was fair and didn’t change, extra works being agreed to and estimated during the job. Mr Ball will give and accept ideas and is easy to speak with. Any problems (in our case a manufacturer fault) were dealt with and sorted. Mr Ball returned to check once plaster, paint, adhesives etc died and did some remedial works. Payment was requested in stages which suited us perfectly. We have a guarantee and we have already recommended him to our neighbors & friends and would use him again.

Ricky replaced all of our upstairs radiators, fixed a broken valve on our toilet and serviced our boiler. The work was completed to a high standard and Ricky was very careful to not damage our new carpets when replacing the radiators. He was very conscientious, wearing shoe protectors in the house and tidied up after the work was completed and they worked very hard to get the job finished in one day. We would definitely use RCB Plumbing again in the future and would recommend them to others.

The boiler was moved from inside the house to an outside wall of a new extension. He later installed 2 large radiators in the new extension and we had various plumbing work to give us a temporary sink, moved dishwasher and washing machine. Also installed an outside tap.

The condenser pipe to our boiler froze in the cold weather. RCB responded promptly to my telephone call arriving within 2 hours. They identified the problem and provided a temporary fix ensuring that the boiler could be re-started and that heating and hot water were restored.
