From the first contact to the last, this company has given first class service. The team arrived on time and carried out the work in the time specified, taking care to ensure that I was kept informed at all times. They were very courteous and tidied up at the end of each day. The quality of my windows and doors is excellent and I am noticing a huge difference in the temperature in the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Re:Place to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

A great company with 1st class customer service, after-sales care and follow-up to make sure everything has been completed as discussed. From meeting Scott to discuss the options for replacing our garage doors with sliding glass doors, meeting with the surveyor and the tradesmen who did a fantastic job in one day, the whole process was smooth and hassle free. This is the 2nd time we've used RePlace Windows. They upgraded our dining room windows and doors and 2 of our bedrooms windows which were in dire need of upgrading. I would definitely recommend RePlace Windows and have done so to friends already.

I'm so glad I chose Replace Windows from the list of other companies I had lined up to phone. Just good luck really that they were the only ones who answered the phone! Kai the manager came to see me to explain all about Replace windows and to give me a quote - surprisingly good price for such quality. He told me all about the company and talked about the quality of the materials used for the windows, the technology of how the seals work and why they're the best at what they do. It only took a matter of weeks before Craig and Robert came to do the fitting after having Harry round to carry out the survey. Before the appointment, I was kept informed every step of the way and knew exactly what was happening. The guys were great, I only needed one large and one small window fitted in my kitchen which only took about 3 to 3 and a half hours. Craig and Robert worked nonstop and cleaned up what little mess was left which was only a bit of dust. The windows were left spotless and a great job was done. What a lovely team - from manager Kai, Harry the surveyor, Craig and Robert, to the lovely receptionist I spoke to right at the beginning - all friendly, all professional, I couldn't have asked for more. My 19-year-old windows have been replaced with beautiful, solid, trustworthy windows, and no more whistling in the wind! Thank you all at Replace Windows! Definitely worth recommending!

The wooden windows in the flat had rotten sills and required replacement. A neighbour on the fourth floor had recently had Replace Windows working in their flat. I spoke to the fitters who were very pleasant, despite having arrived when our lift was out of action and had to carry everything up 8 flights! The neighbour was very pleased with the job so I went ahead and booked the firm to replace my five windows. The guys were great - very quick, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Nothing was a problem for them. Great communication overall. I love my new windows and I'm very impressed with the improvement in sound and heat insulation. And the windowsills look great too and I'll never have to paint them again! 100% happy!

Our neighbours did the hard work researching this company and we were very impressed so we signed up. New sash and case look fantastic and the guys were neat, quick, tidy and efficient.

I was looking for sash windows to suit the original design of my tenement flat. Re:place did amazing work. The window dimensions, astragals and bathroom privacy glass are perfect. The whole process was stress free and I really felt that my ideas were listened to. Every aspect of the window design was covered thoroughly. The windows are a joy to open and close, my flat is warmer and sound insulated. I would highly recommend.

I recently had all 12 windows in my home replaced and can highly recommend RePlace Windows. The initial visit was from Scott who was professional and courteous explaining different options and in no way put pressure on me to make a decision. The quote given I felt was competitive and acceptable with no payment to be made until work was completed. Installation was carried out to a high standard by Franny, Stevie and Alex who were punctual each day, worked very hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. I am delighted with my beautiful new windows and already notice a reduction in external noise and a difference in warmth in my home. Initially found the replace sign by haggs road and ended up receiving quotes from 4 total suppliers. We were planning to do a complete house renovation so we researched thoroughly every step of the way because we had to do it right. We're glad we chose replace. We ended up finding 1 significantly cheaper deal than replace so I was almost sold on another company until replace were adamant to supply to the southside and managed to match the quote for us. At first I was quite dubious with how much they were pushing to supply to us over anyone else but as it turns out, they've created a real culture and reputation for their product in my area. I even dropped by a recent buyer from replace down the road and they were very happy and impressed with their french doors. So I decided to go ahead with replace after all. Kay even had me down at the showroom and physically demonstrated the differences in heat loss with their windows. I couldn't believe the difference. So not only did replace match our quote from another company, they supplied higher quality, triple glazed, 0.6 UV windows. The quality of the cills, handles, obscurity patterns, colours, the variety of choice you have with replace is everything you'll want. Kay would take calls from me immediately any time of day, answering my questions and even personally handled everything with my dad since I was unavailable for a few weeks. You will not be disappointed. This company was a pleasure to work with at every step.
