I was looking for sash windows to suit the original design of my tenement flat. Re:place did amazing work. The window dimensions, astragals and bathroom privacy glass are perfect. The whole process was stress free and I really felt that my ideas were listened to. Every aspect of the window design was covered thoroughly. The windows are a joy to open and close, my flat is warmer and sound insulated. I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from the first time I spoke to Scott. Really professional company and staff. Fitters were friendly and diligent and made everything easy on the day, Highly recommended. The quality of the windows are great value for money. They look amazing, the outside noise levels have dropped by 80 per cent20 and the house is less drafty. My neighbours have already taken the company details.

From the first contact to the last, this company has given first class service. The team arrived on time and carried out the work in the time specified, taking care to ensure that I was kept informed at all times. They were very courteous and tidied up at the end of each day. The quality of my windows and doors is excellent and I am noticing a huge difference in the temperature in the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Re:Place to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Excellent experience from first point of contact to completion of the job. 5 windows fitted - Scott who came for our original visit was helpful, informative and went out of his way to accommodate a speedy fitting of our bathroom window to allow our bathroom refit to go ahead on time. The rest of our installation was done later as agreed. We were kept well informed by Lynn at the office and the fitters on both occasions were fantastic - fast, tidy and efficient. Absolute 5 star all round - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I will use again when I’m replacing my front door

A great company with 1st class customer service, after-sales care and follow-up to make sure everything has been completed as discussed. From meeting Scott to discuss the options for replacing our garage doors with sliding glass doors, meeting with the surveyor and the tradesmen who did a fantastic job in one day, the whole process was smooth and hassle free. This is the 2nd time we've used RePlace Windows. They upgraded our dining room windows and doors and 2 of our bedrooms windows which were in dire need of upgrading. I would definitely recommend RePlace Windows and have done so to friends already.
