Prompt response to enquiry starting work within a few days. Flexible and able to undertake additional work as a further problem with roofing felt became apparent. New UPVC fascias, soffits, dry verge caps and guttering all round plus additional work to deter squirrels accessing roof-space. Work looks neat and tidy.

Redline completed the work on our 30+ year old roof precisely and professionally over 2.5 days. After initial assessment of the issues with our roof, they started the work on our roof in line with our availability schedule, and as more of the roof was examined from close up, actually on the roof, Redline was able to source further materials quickly, to keep working exclusively on our roof. There was no coming and going; the Redline team was able to stay on our roof until the work was completed. I have already recommended Redline to a group of chums in our cul-de-sac who have similar houses (age, size, and condition) to ours. Redline did the work on our top ridges, valleys, rafters, underlayment, and lead work using the latest technology and fitted all professionally and skilfully.

After having tried several other local companies who were not interested In replacing a small section of our cast iron guttering, Redline were happy to help. Leonard and his team did a great job. At the quote stage, all the work was discussed and explained. Timely arrival and quick turnaround. Work finished to a good quality and finish. Did identify some problem with the garage roof which needed some remedial action but was explained and requoted for. Would definitely recommend.

I obtained several quotes for replacing our tired and loose soffits and fascia boards. Redline gave a competitive price and were able to start the work within a week or two. They worked hard (4-5 men on the job) and their work was of good quality and the finish looks solid and professional. They identified further problems with the roofing felt which needed replacing at 4 corners of the roof. This doubled the initial price for the work, and you always have this niggling feeling that you might be being conned into getting more work done than was actually needed. However they showed me where the old felt had rotted away, and it was clearly not a job to be put off. They provided new tiles where needed, repointing them and the existing ridge tiles, as well as sweeping accumulated moss off the whole roof. They removed the old material and their rubbish from the site and left the driveway and paths clean and tidy. The neighbours commented that there was a moderate degree of bad language audible as they were doing their work, and we noticed that their radio was on constantly. A problem arose a few weeks later with a piece of guttering that was leaking. They returned within a day to fix that, without any hesitation. I would be happy to recommend their work.

Absolutely amazing service, after storm Arwen hit my insurance company were unable to send anyone out to us to repair my property due to being so busy. I was told to find my own roofer. They came out explained what needed to be done & repaired everything to a high standard & provided all documentation I needed for my insurance company. We've just had our entire roofline redone by Redline, and couldn't be happier. The finish of every soffit/bargeboard is immaculate, and the house is 100% more attractive as a result. Leonard and the lads turned up when they said they would, and completed a job that was far from easy - due to massive, inaccessible overhangs on our house - in just 3 days. Leonard, Lee and the team were great from start to finish. Barge boards soffits, gutters and downspouts replaced. Work done looks great and all was left tidy on completion, 2 things that were also commented on by my neighbour.

Redline have renewed our garage roof, and we are very pleased with the result. The old corrugated asbestos roof was removed and a new metal roof fitted, plus new barge-boards and guttering. It wasn't an easy job due to the situation, and turned out to be more difficult than expected, but the Redline team still did a good, quick job. I have nothing negative to say at all. Recommended.
