I cannot recommend Paul and his team more. I called the previous day to ask about under floor heating and although he only deals with his own work for servicing he was still really helpful. I then had a leak due to a different issue with my boiler that British Gas had just repaired but they will not touch under floor heating. I called Paul, distressed due to water coming out of my lights and although he would not normally deal with this, he still came out and diagnosed and repaired the issue. Not only a great tradesman but a true gentleman. Topped by the fact of his very reasonable invoice. Could not give a more glowing review.

Redstone were very professional, and pragmatic in the manner in which they approached the work They are tidy workers and are certainly extremely considerate when working in a domestic environment during the course of the day with other family members around. Proper consideration was given to the type of boiler that we required, having regards to our family circumstances. The pricing and estimates, as regards parts and labour came in within the agreed parameters, there were no surprises. If anything unexpected is found whilst undertaking such exercise, Paul is not quick to criticise those that have gone before us (being responsible for previous work) but seeks a pragmatic solution to any problems, as can arise with any project. I would have no hesitation in referring Paul and his team, it’s great to see he’s got an apprentice on board who will certainly benefit from Paul’s expertise and professionalism. Well done guys!

I would like to say a big thank you to Paul and his team, our daughter brought a new property and was told everything was in working order. Well it wasn’t, the boiler needed to be replaced. When we called Paul up at Redstone plumbing and heating they came out straight away. They replaced the boiler and got it up and working, but it wasn’t long before it packed up. We then found out the tank was contaminated, so we had to replace the tank. Paul supported us all the way and came out many times, until it was finally up and running. I would highly recommend Paul, as he was not going to just leave us even though he had done his part. Thank you again Paul.

Paul took out our very old boiler and associated tanks in the loft and installed a new Worcester Bosch combi. While waiting for systems to drain etc he and Roger disconnected old radiators, took out an old gas fire, and gas hob and ran in new hot and cold pipes ready for a new bathroom. They both worked really hard and were professional, helpful and respectful. Paul explained what he was doing at all times and went through the instructions for the boiler once it was fitted. They took away all the rubbish and cleaned up after the work. We had a small concern after they left and not being plumbers had no idea if this was ok so sent message. Paul was straight back on the phone asking questions and explained what was happening and that it was normal and set our minds at rest. I would definitely recommend Redstone.

Redstone Plumbing & Heating Ltd (Beno) has today completed the installation of our new master bathroom. Completely gutted, stud walls moved and completely renovated it after the original job our builders made (when the extension was done) started causing issues. I only wish when having our extension completed, we had used recommended plumbers rather than trusting the builders to do plumbing work as the quality is on a different level. Beno came (and although used previously to right other wrongs), looked at what we wanted, designed and quoted. To say me and my wife are happy is an understatement. Beno is a top man and 100% trustworthy and will 100% use him for future work! I cannot recommend his service enough. Outstanding job!

After years of searching, we found Paul Bennett. Plumbing sorted! Very experienced at all aspects of general plumbing and central heating. Fitted new oil boiler, radiator valves and other advice. Fast and efficient. Thoroughly recommended!

Paul installed and relocated a new boiler for me. From start to finish the service I received was excellent. On his initial visit Paul spent time explaining in detail the various options I had and was happy to provide more than one quote for me to consider. Paul is first a class tradesman his attention to detail is first class. Arrived on time. Very tidy worker cleaned up after himself and took away all rubbish. Paul Bennett responded quickly to our need for a replacement boiler. His initial survey was thorough and found several areas of concern with the aged hot water cylinder. We agreed this should also be part of the work. His knowledge of similar work on local properties of similar design and age proved very helpful and avoided the need for complex and unsightly gas pipework. The quotation was quickly provided and promptly accepted. Paul and his assistant came as soon as the boiler and cylinder were available and turned up on time on the agreed date. The work was quickly and professionally attended to; all pipework was new and no old pipes were reused. All work was cleanly performed and the men were very considerate and polite. The work was completed slightly ahead of schedule. The system has proved to be excellent and we are very pleased with the result. We used Redstone to install a new boiler which was relocated to the attic so there was a bit more work to do. Prior to installation we were given sound advice on the pros and cons of our requirements which helped us to make decisions. Once work began we found Redstone to be punctual, efficient and tidy workers. They always had a smile on their face and were a delight to have around the house. The work was completed slightly ahead of schedule and was finished to a high standard. Before leaving they ensured that the system was working properly spending time to get our dining room radiator working for the first time in 6 years of living at the house. A job well done!

What a great experience of having a boiler and radiators replaced, Paul and Zac were very helpful by explaining everything they were carrying out to my wife and I, they were very tidy , no mess left anywhere, they were very punctual every morning and I have never met anyone so friendly as Paul and Zac. After the job was completed I found a problem with the boiler controller so phoned Paul and he came and replaced it first thing next morning, I cannot find one fault with this company and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My boiler was fitted a year ago and required a service. Paul had done such a great job installing the boiler (and a new bathroom) that I wouldn't trust anyone else to have done it. Paul is always professional, helpful and has always arrives when he says he will. The cost of the work was exactly as quoted.

Paul came to our rescue on an evening callout when a radiator valve started leaking badly. He arrived promptly, and quickly sorted the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. We are booking him for further work and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I contacted Redstone Plumbing when my boiler failed to light. Paul arrived and diagnosed a faulty gas valve. Owing to the age of the boiler, spares are obsolete, and he said that finding a new valve would be difficult. I managed to locate a new valve, and Paul said he was happy to fit it for me. He returned within a couple of days and fitted it within an hour. I am very pleased with Paul's work. He was efficient and professional, and I will certainly use him again if the need arises. He kept me informed of his whereabouts, and arrived when he said he would. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Our boiler had recently been condemned leaving us with no hot water or central heating. Paul @ Redstone contacted me within a few hours after I put a request on the Worcester Bosch accredited site for a plumbing engineer. We arranged a visit later that evening, Paul arrived promptly and gave me a very competitive quote after accessing the outlay of my existing system. He explained that he would be able to complete the work the following week due to his current workload. I explained that I had a young family and was without hot water or heating. To my surprise he managed to re-organise some current work he had and fitted the boiler the coming weekend. Our boiler failed on Boxing Day and was found to be beyond repair due to its age and the lack of spare parts. The manufacturer of the replacement boiler was closed over Christmas and New Year so we were without heating and hot water for 2 weeks. The first day the new boiler was available Paul from Redstone turned up early in the morning and worked tirelessly to install it by the end of that day as he was aware of the miserable time we had endured. He was cheerful and enthusiastic throughout, and even found time to make friends with our dog. An outstanding level of service.

After having Paul from Redstone to fit us a new boiler around 12 months ago, we were so pleased with his work we decided to ask him to quote on our bathroom. This would include completely stripping out existing bathroom plus taking out a wall and shelf that concealed waste pipe and waste stack that went from floor to ceiling. We asked for the toilet to be moved to the opposite wall and an offset quadrant shower to replace the bath, plus vanity units running wall to wall. Paul’s quote was was within budget using high-quality fixtures and fittings. The whole process was very smooth Paul was always happy to answer any questions or suggest design changes to better suit our project. He and his team arrived every day promptly completing the work on schedule which took just over one week. We are extremely pleased with the finish and standard and will be using him again and are happy to recommend Redstone.

We have had a combination boiler installed along with a complete refurbishment of our cloakroom and bathroom. All the work has been completed on time, and to an excellent standard. Redstone plumbing started the work on the agreed date, and we were briefed on the various stages of the refurbishment so we could make alternative plans due to the nature of the work. We had several quotes for the refurbishment, and decided to choose Redstone plumbing because he arrived at the agreed time and listened to what we wanted to have done, also the plumbers merchant that he recommended were very professional.

After getting 3 quotes to have our central heating boiler changed from a gravity fed system to a combination boiler and completely replace all of the radiators, we chose Redstone. Paul came and impressed us immediately with his knowledge, answering all our questions and advising us accordingly. He arrived when agreed, and took just 3 days to complete the work. He was fastidious in his cleanliness and attention to detail, covering any carpets etc. before commencing his work. On completion he spent a long time explaining all of the controls with us and left us knowing that if we had any queries he would be only too happy to deal with them. We recommend using Redstone for all heating and plumbing work.

Paul installed a new Worcester boiler for my grandfather and I could not recommend him highly enough. He took the time to answer all of my questions prior to the commencement of the work and provided a prompt estimate. His communication was first rate. He phoned the day before to confirm that we were still on for the installation and arrived as agreed on the day. We have just had a new en-suite, main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom installed by Paul and his team and we have to say they look fantastic! New boiler fitted in one day, despite minor flood when pump disconnected. Clatter from pump, when switched on - needed repair/replacing. Paul quoted for a repair. I subsequently found, and bought, a new pump for less than the cost of repair. Tried to contact Paul by phone and text to arrange for fitting of new pump, but received no response. The new pump has now been fitted by another plumber, who expressed surprise that no thermostat was fitted as part of the contract. Seemingly, that is now a legal requirement. I would also have liked to be offered the option of having a magnetic filter incorporated in the system. The boiler works well.

Paul and his team fitted a combi boiler for us which was completed on time. He provided us with details which we found re-assuring and put us at ease. Everything went to plan and we are impressed by the finished product. We had a new shower installed in the bathroom. We were amazed by the skill of the tiler as it is difficult to identify where the retiling was done.

Job: To fit a replacement gas hob. The price, including a contingency hourly rate, was quoted over the phone and agreed. Paul and his partner (also Paul) arrived on time and the job was done to perfection spot on the one hour as estimated. The two Pauls are friendly and thoroughly professional. No negatives whatsoever. Top job! If I need a plumber again, I now know who to call. 0

After purchasing our boiler/tank from a friend who works for Bosch, Paul came around on his weekend off to quote for installation. Paul provided a very competitive quote for the complete installation of the system boiler and tank. Communication was excellent and Paul was able to give reliable advice without making the project sound harder than it actually was (unlike some other quotes we received!). The installation was very efficient and everything was left tidy and cared for. Paul is a very professional worker and was always pleasant to deal with. We took the time to get numerous quotes from many installers. Paul was by far the best and his price was very competitive. After deciding on Paul we also also given his name by a Bosch employee who described Paul as "One of their best installers!" Can highly recommend Paul and will definitely use him again when needed.
