Andy, Tayo and Kian did another quality install for me, this time installing power for external air conditioning, as well as installing downlights and power to renovations on the house. The install was to their usual high standards, the guys were punctual and left everything clean and tidy and the work was charged as quoted. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of an electrician or electrical services.

If you’re thinking of using Redwood Electrical—just do it. Honestly, I don’t know how to fit everything I want to say into one review. To say Teo, Kian and Andy are miracles sent from God feels like an understatement. We bought a house knowing it needed work… turns out that meant a full renovation and loft conversion (slightly terrifying when you’ve never done it before). Another company told us we needed a full rewire but couldn’t give a clear quote and felt, if I’m honest, a bit sketchy. Then came Redwood. Teo and Kian arrived on one of our most chaotic days—builders everywhere and my food shop turning up mid-quote—and not only talked me through everything clearly, but helped carry my shopping in. I knew straight away they were good people. Their quote was detailed, fair, and they even came back to explain it to my husband. Our biggest issue was time—we had one week to do a two-week job. They simply said, “we’ll get it done.” And they did. In FOUR days. Working 10–15 hour days, always friendly, polite and professional. They didn’t just finish—they filled walls, cleaned, hoovered and even put up light fittings. Genuinely feel like we gained three friends. I will recommend them every chance I get. Absolutely amazing.

Thank you to Andy, Teo and team for the successful installation of the auto switching generator at Harroway Farm earlier this year. There have been two occasions when the generator has been needed and it has come on automatically with no problems and gone off again too! The generator is set up to do a bi-weekly maintenance run and this has also been successful. The whole team worked well to schedule, but special thanks must go to the very amiable and knowledgeable Teo. I would therefore highly recommend Redwood Electrical Services.

We chose Redwood because we have had good experience with Which? Trusted Traders previously, and Redwood is based near our home. We were very pleased with our choice. Andrew Wallis quickly identified the problem with our lounge wiring, reconfigured it, and replaced the three-gang switch with a one-gang one (as two of the three were no longer in use). He carefully rehung and reconnected the two wall lights which had been disconnected for a couple of years, ensuring no damage to the surrounding wallpaper. At each stage of the work he explained what he was doing.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Andy and Tao for a job well done. Andy and Tao,completed a total re-wire of my property including the removing of the old wiring, and sitting down with me and designing the new layout of electrical supply to the house incl first fix and second fix. There were numourse challenges as the house was a mid 18th century cottage and the work carried out,had to be meticulous and carefully planed with care taken with the install due to the age of the property.There knowledge and expertise made the experience that much easier with decisions relating to design.Andy and Tao went above and beyond,myself and my wife are truly greatful.Thanks to you both.

We recently completed a major renovation of our house which meant we needed some significant electrical works to be done. Having used Andy before for some smaller jobs, we had no doubts that Redwood Electrical were the team to help us. From the project planning phase Andy and Teo were willing and able to provide advice on things like lighting schemes and power demand as well as recommendations on updating our existing consumer unit to be able to meet our new power requirements. The project included: Supply and fit of new and replacement wall and ceiling lighting (including any required modules and termination) as well as supply and install of brand new ceiling spots in the kitchen which we did not have before. Safe installation of new smart lighting controls. Supply and install of brand new and replacement wall sockets, many of which needed new circuits. Provision of power for brand new kitchen including oven, fridge, wine fridge, induction hob, extractor and plinth heaters. Fault finding on existing circuits, addition of new circuits, supply and install of new RCBOs and 2 new consumer units. Supply and fit all components for multiple Cat6 termination points to provide hard-wired data connectivity throughout the house. There was probably much more that Andy and Teo did including adopting last minute changes. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be using Andy and Teo again when we need to.

This is the second time Andy has completed work for me, this time fitting a new consumer unit. Always spot on time, extremely professional and friendly, as well as being informative throughout. Highly recommended.

Andy gave me very helpful advice on updating my exterior security lighting and then installed the new equipment with great professionalism and attention to detail. Redwood Electrical are quick to respond to enquiries, confirming appointments by email and following up on the day by text to give more precise timings.
