Regal Interiors was established in 1997 and while our business may have grown, our values have remained the same. We pride ourselves on our honest, no nonsense and simple approach to dealing with our customers’ requirements, which is to supply the best value for money products, attention to detail and installed to a high standard.
The showroom boasts an extensive array of modern, traditional & contemporary kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms with styles to suit every taste and budget. We offer a comprehensive range of designer radiators, tiles, mirrors & home accessories making us very much a one stop shop.
Proud long-term suppliers of Karndean flooring, we have expanded our range of flooring to include laminate, vinyl, carpet and cushion flooring. We also offer a competitive price matching supply-only service. Refitting a room or indeed a whole house can be a challenge so we offer several flexible payment options including: Buy Now Pay Later and Low Monthly Payment Options.

I used Regal interiors for the fitting of a shower room and a wet room. Right from the start it was clear that I was dealing with professionals. Their showroom is laid out to the highest standards and the help I received when deciding on some of the key elements of the design was really appreciated. Their fitters turned up when they said they would, treated both me and my house with respect and the quality of their workmanship was of the highest standards. Despite the amount of work involved, my house was spotless when they left. I needed to call them shortly afterwards to report one slight issue and to their credit, someone came round the very next day to rectify it. I'm not sure it gets much better than this and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Regal Interiors, or using them again.

A sale is a sale but the real measure of a company you entrust work to, is how they respond to the after-sales, customer care needs. Regal interiors have been exemplary and the 2 occasions where we needed to contact them (a manufacturers fault on a shower and an electrical supply issue for an led mirror) their response was quick and efficient with no wriggling or attempts to pass responsibility to someone else. Textbook customer care and that really matters so top marks to the team at regal interiors.

We had our en suite fitted back in September 2020. We noticed that the toilet was showing some sign of flexing from the fixings hidden behind the panel. I reached out to Regal Interiors to explain the issue. The very same day I received an email to say this would be addressed under warranty and that the After Sales team would be in touch. Lucy duly called and Colin visited the very next day to remedy the issue. I was really impressed with the service provided and felt really pleased that we chose Regal Interiors as the issue of After Sales care was one of the reasons we decided to place our business with them. Some 15 months after the installation and our first issue that we experienced, it was dealt with promptly and without any hassle. Truly exceptional service

Regal Interiors of Keighley in West Yorkshire transformed our bathroom a few months ago into something we still regard as rather special. The design, workmanship and finish of products was top notch and all the work was completed on time and within budget. Recently I thought there was an electrical problem in the bathroom and contacted RI for help and advice. Will, one of their Electricians attended within 24 hours but quickly ruled out any problem with the bathroom installation. Even so Will investigated the problem, identified the fault (faulty connection to an upstairs light) and fixed it! I am happy to acknowledge what I believe to be symptomatic of RI's work ethic ie. to provide comprehensive service and support to ensure the complete satisfaction of the customer. Thank you ,Will and thank you Regal Interiors.

We used Regal Interiors 5 years ago to completely remodel our kitchen and downstairs living area, making it completely open plan and with a fabulous new kitchen. We could not fault their work in any way and so when we were ready to upgrade and update our master bedroom, en-suite and have a dressing room created out of a spare bedroom, we didn't hesitate to call in Regal Interiors again. They have done another fantastic job and we are highly delighted.

Two installations completed bathroom and bedroom, bathroom transformed however after a couple of weeks noticed a cracked tile behind toilet, fitter returned and admitted he broke it whilst laying the floor but thought we wouldn’t notice it, tile replaced but had a leak on the toilet as a result, returned and rectified. Bespoke bedroom started, during planning we stipulated a place to store suitcases and room to fit an existing stool under the dresser which allowed the mirror to slide across. Andy the fitter started and it soon became apparent he wasn’t aware of our stipulations and continued the build. Unable to contact the planner as on holiday. Nearing completion the dresser unit was to be left without any backing board, further phone calls to rectify. On completion small details left including 20mm gap at side of frame for which we had to purchase trim from B&Q, incorrect coloured screw caps, told they couldn’t get any we found some after 3min search on Amazon. Although the work that was done was to a good standard we were left disappointed by the main issue of nowhere to store our suitcases and the inability of the mirror to slide across in front of the stored stool not to mention the finishing details.

Thank you for your honest comments. Myself, the bedroom salesperson and the 2 fitters have a had a meeting about this to discuss what can be done different in the future. I am satisfied we have all learnt from the experience to ensure nothing similar happens in the future. We do feel we go in to lots of detail with the customer at the time of order to ensure all the relevant information is gathered and all choices have been covered. On this occasion there was specific detail which you should have been made aware of (i.e. no backs in the chosen internal fitments). Going forward this will be now be explained in more detail. Specific installation detail will also be made clearer for the fitter. I am sorry you feel disappointed with your experience, but I am pleased that both the bedroom and bathroom now finished, look fantastic. Adrian Frost Managing Director

One or two minor problems occurred two years after the original work was carried out (drain cover stuck, silicone sealant lifted and slight loss of temperature in shower) The problems were solved efficiently. Really marvelous service from this company. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have but rate this company highly. What stood out? That they sorted these issues out happily after 2 years! Regular contact regarding house call timing - polite and skilled tradesman.

We are very delighted with our new bathroom. Excellent service on our first visit to the showroom. Andy's design visit, advice, design and follow up visit at the showroom to choose colours and explain the design was excellent too. Andy continued to keep in touch and keep us informed regarding start date etc.. Considering the issues Covid 19 has caused with suppliers etc. Andy managed to bring the start date forward a week! Excellency continued throughout from day one when John & Ryan (fitters) arrived. They were more than helpful, kept us informed, very knowledgeable , extremely tidy and most importantly did an excellent job fitting our bathroom. They even explained to us how to resolve our house bathroom shower issue. Only downside was the price was a bit more expensive than we had originally thought but the quality products and quality service made it excellent value for money. We would recommend Regal Interiors to anyone and would certainly use them again - excellent.

We were looking to upgrade our bathroom as our son, who is a wheelchair user, was finding it increasingly difficult getting in and out of the bath. It took many trips to Regal Interiors to look at what they had available to build the perfect bathroom. We needed to take into account the height of wash basin and pedestal, toilet, type of shower, slip proof flooring, radiator open on one side to allow towels to be slid onto it, plus lots of other little extras like fitting of toilet roll holder, hand rail. The main considerations were the following: - • Sink - wheelchair accessible and correct height • Radiator - open sided for easy towel access • Shower and Shower Control - individual temperature control and shower head choice • Granite bench and shower screen - designed to allow safe access for our son and to be able to keep his wheelchair dry. The date for the work to commence was agreed and Graham & Billy did a superb job. They listened to our concerns and the job was completed to a high standard. On completion of the re-fit we have a bathroom that is not a typical disabled bathroom – no handrails in sight (despite us ordering one). We would like to thank Eleanor for her project management and Graham & Billy for basically just getting on with it and the outcome is a beautiful bathroom that our son feels it is a great improvement for him.
