Regal Kitchens really live up to their motto ‘Where client is king.’ From start to finish, we have been so impressed by the service provided, with absolutely nothing being too much trouble. Our designer Stacey went above and beyond and truly blew us away with her dedication to providing the kitchen of our dreams. Her communication, friendly approach and in-depth knowledge of how to design the perfect kitchen made her a joy to work with and we honestly couldn’t recommend her and Regal Kitchens more. Previously, we had visited several well-known suppliers and the difference between the service they provided and that of Regal was night and day. Absolutely everyone we encountered with Regal was first class. Dan the kitchen fitter did an amazing job and again did everything in his power to make the process as stress-free as possible for us. I am so impressed with Regal and would whole-heartedly recommend them. Thank you to everyone at Regal, you really are the best.

It really was a wonderful experience from start to finish dealing with Regal. We visited first one Sunday morning. I was promised a follow up call the same day and to my surprise, this call happened! We all know businesses who don't do what they say. From the initial appraisal through planning and design and giving us advice... to working with our other builders and keeping to schedule, Regal have been fantastic. They are easy to get hold of and polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Our fitters were absolutely fantastic - which is a big deal for our household. It's nice when people are pleasant and friendly when you're sharing a space with them over a few weeks. Last week we chipped some paint and they went above and beyond to get this resolved for us even though they are miles away and finished our work in June. I can't recommend them more highly. All members of the team were very friendly and approachable, and there was no hard sell and definitely no pushy salespeople. Ian the fitter project-managed the installation to perfection in a highly professional manner, and his attention to detail, integrity and pride in his work were evident throughout the process. You could probably get a cheaper kitchen elsewhere, but you get what you pay for, and with Regal you get a very high standard of work and products and very good customer care. Thanks Regal! Regal have provided an excellent service from the beginning to the end of the job. Stacey and John welcomed us into the Showroom and were very attentive during the design phase. Even before the construction and installation the builders Roger and Dan visited the house and were very reassuring about the demolition of a wall. Equally the daily questions did not phase them and they were a pleasure to be in our home. As were all the other tradesmen. Our kitchen has been totally transformed and we are thrilled with the results. The customer care is first class and Phil returns after all the work is completed for a final check. We would thoroughly recommend using Regal kitchens.

We had waited years for our kitchen. Stacey came round to design and quote (at that stage we never thought it would come in to our budget), design wise she took all of our ideas and needs in to account. We loved the design and price point was more affordable than we thought. Our visit to the showroom to select appliances, worktop etc was also so easy and stress free. Never any pressure and always mindful of budget. Throughout the fit, the fitter was friendly and very good at his trade. We had a few niggles with bits but these were put right very quickly. Our kitchen took 3 weeks from start to finish, this included the rip out, ceilings down and then start again. Stacey has been lovely and easy to work with, Roger the fitter was amazing and our kitchen is perfect! Highly recommend Regal Kitchens.

The service we have had from Regal Kitchens from design and quotation by Stacey through to our completion by our fitter Ian along with other trades people brought in along the way has been of the very highest standards. We were made to feel at ease with the customer comes first approach. Even when wanting to change the cooker position halfway through the project. We are so pleased with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We were very apprehensive about renewing our kitchen having witnessed the poor experiences of friends and family with other suppliers. Having decided to take the plunge we are so happy we chose Regal Kitchens they were helpful and accommodating, walked us through every part of the process and kept us fully informed. Ian our fitter was fantastic and was so meticulous. We were told that the work would take 3 weeks and it was completed dead on time and we have had no snagging issues. Thank you to everyone at Regal Kitchens from design to fit to customer services for making this such an easy process and leaving us with a beautiful kitchen.

Before considering Regal Kitchens i was advised by two friends who had used them that they were not cheap but they were very good at what they did. From my first visit to their showroom until the final day of fitting i could not fault their professionalism as an operation or their commitment to myself and my kitchen project. If Regal Kitchens were a restaurant instead of a kitchen design firm , they would be awarded a michelin star.

From start to finish the team at Regal Kitchens were impeccable. We had limited ideas of what we wanted and left it in the very experienced and capable hands of John Martin to create our dream kitchen. We were not disappointed with his design and were keen to proceed. With the guidance of his associate Stacey Doherty we arrived at the ideal colour combination that suited us perfectly. The only hiccup was ourselves as we had to wait longer than expected for finances to be available, which took a few extra months. This was no problem to Regal and they didn’t pressure us at all, leaving us to sort the issues. The team of fitters were great and really easy to get along with. The standard of their work was very high and they were very precise with attention to detail. We had Roger, Dan and Will fit our kitchen and couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!! The whole process was very easy and we were guided through the whole job with updates whenever requested. My only criticism is that we paid the majority of money up front, before any work had commenced. Really, the issue was my own as it’s very hard to trust any company nowadays, especially with a large amount of money. The job was completed within 6 weeks and included indoor structural differences too. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would recommend Regal Kitchens to anyone who is looking for that particular Kitchen that’s just that little bit extra special.

I would strongly avoid this company. They have a very pushy approach , communication from their customer service department included unprofessional heart and smile emojis. John ,who worked on our kitchen design,advocates high standards and talks endlessly about various awards his company has been given however when we went into the showroom to see his designs and quote for our kitchen today he became very aggressive when I would not pay him £3000 . I wanted to consider his design and look through his pricing before spending £50000 with him. I also wanted to think about part of the layout which I wasn't happy with. His view was pay £3000 and you can then think about how the kitchen will work. He didn't get it right at this stage but wanted me to secure his services. He told me that if I didn't commission him today with a £3000 payment I wasn't a customer and he would not spend any more time on my kitchen. I had gone to this appointment viewing Regal kitchens as a strong contender for my kitchen project. But Johns behaviour was quite shocking. He was neither respectful or polite. What was also appalling was when he opened the showroom door indicating I should leave,which I did. A very rude individual. If he can turn on a potential client during a design meeting what would happen if something went wrong during the fitting stage. Unprofessional is an understatement regarding John's behaviour today. Very disappointed as they have now definitely lost my business.

Regal Kitchens from start through to finish and beyond has been a truly great experience setting very high standards for others to be compared. The initial consultation helped guide our ideas to provide a fresh new approach to the design of our Schuller kitchen. As we moved through to different stages of the commission process with site visits the experience of all Regal team were seamless, friendly and professional. The installation team provided a clear timetable, guiding us through the process, supporting with on-site decisions, and coordinated with all services to provided a kitchen finished to a high standard well within the timeframe and amazing attention to the finer finish details. After care continued with support on how to maximise the capabilities of all Neff appliances, which was a fun experience. Honestly, I cannot praise nor recommend the Regal team enough, and highly commend their great customer service. Thank you. I should maybe mention the kitchen! I cannot speak highly enough of the service and quality we received from Regal Kitchens Chelmsford. Stacey helped us to design a dresser unit to fit in (colour and design match) with our existing kitchen. She completely understood what it was we were trying to achieve, had great ideas and the patience of a saint while we were deliberating. She has been involved the whole way through, checking that we were happy with everything at each step. The dresser was expertly fitted by Roger, who was quick, efficient and clean. I am so happy with the final result. I would highly recommend this team. Also, there was an issue with one of the appliances (nothing to do with Regal Kitchens) and this was resolved by Stacey efficiently and without any hassle. I am very grateful.

I’m very happy with my new kitchen, designed and installed by Regal Kitchens. Their craftsmanship and customer service were excellent throughout the whole process: before, during and after installation. Stacey, my designer, was knowledgeable and helpful from the moment I walked through the showroom door. There was a genuine emphasis on my preference with lots of attention to detail. Stacey answered all of my questions, explained the various options available to me in a way that I could understand, and designed a kitchen that I’m very pleased with (and which I would never have thought of by myself). Dan, the fitter, did a very professional job and kept the disruption to a minimum. He was very respectful of my house and he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I had no reservations about having him in my home for two weeks. And nothing was too much trouble: Phil from Regal got up at 3am and drove to the other end of the country and back, just to make sure I got my new worktop on time. I discovered Regal Kitchens because my neighbours recommended them after Regal installed their new kitchen. They were absolutely right - highly recommended!

We found that everything was meticulously planned for us, every detail was explained in a concise and exact way, from pre fitting to post fitting. Our fitter, Ian, took pride and confidence in everything he did, he was punctual, polite, informative and very skilful at every stage of the kitchen being fitted. We also had a lovely demonstration from Emma with all of the appliances once everything was completed, we are very satisfied with our new kitchen.

From the moment I walked into the showroom and met Stacey until my post instalment inspection with John and Phil, I had a customer service experience second to none. The planning was efficient and they really listened to what I wanted and any concerns and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. The work was completely efficiently and tidily to such a high standard by Andy & Rick, taking into account we were trying to live without a kitchen and it was our home. Janice was always at the end of a phone if I had any questions, who was very professional and polite. The quality of their products is superlative, nothing is too much trouble and the work ethic and standards are of the highest quality. And to crown all this fantastic work off, Emma came round to cook a 3 course meal to show-me all my appliance functions, so that I could be proficient in working everything in the kitchen of my dreams. All I can say is Wow, they are so good at what they do why would you want to go anywhere else I highly recommend Regal Kitchens to anyone - they certainly deserve the crown in their logo.

Amazing customer service, very polite and effective. Kitchen turned out superb thanks to the teams’s help in designing the layout and fitting it in. Even when the kitchen was completed, Emma showed us how to use the appliances and cooked us a free, three course meal! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Our kitchen was a big bug-bear for us, and we were looking for a firm who would listen to our ideas and then use their expertise to give us a design for the kitchen we really wanted to have. This firm was Regal and we are really happy we chose them. Regal are a local firm and they employ local tradespeople, which was important for us - always good to spend your money with local businesses. From the get-go we were listened to and there was no pushy selling to us. Most of our ideas were incorporated into the design, or improved with better suggestions. It was super impressive to see the computer generated images and specifications, so we already had an idea what the finished installation would look like before the works began. The installation took about three weeks from start to finish and we had Roger onsite throughout. He is a super professional, with an amazing work ethic and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen came together as we had hoped and we are delighted with the final product. We now have a modern, clean and light kitchen which maximises our space and gives us the finishes/quality we were looking for. I have no hesitation in recommending Regal to other potential customers, a great company with great people who care about your kitchen.

From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Stacey right through to completion, we found the experience well managed throughout. everyone involved was helpful and worked hard to give us the kitchen we wanted, Steve the plasterer and Jack the tiler completed their work efficiently and cleaned up after they had finished. Peter and Andy were our kitchen fitters and worked to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble and went beyond what was expected, thank you, it was all completed by a visit from Emma was demonstrated our Neff appliances in a user friendly way. five stars for everyone. we would have no hesitation in recommending Regal Kitchens.

We have recently had our kitchen designed and fitted by Regal Kitchens. They have done a fantastic job from start to finish and we are over the moon with the results. Stacey worked with us from the beginning and used her vast experience to help us design our new kitchen. Our fitter, Roger, was polite and tidy throughout. He identified any issues right away and discussed options with us. He did an amazing job and also did the extra decorating we asked for without any hesitation. Whilst the works were underway, Janice called us on a regular basis to make sure everything was going okay and made sure there were no issues. We have also had regular communications with Emma who has made sure we are happy with the results and is going to come to our home and cook us a meal soon to showcase our new Neff appliances! We would thoroughly recommend Regal to anyone wanting to explore a new kitchen. They are comparable in price to other mainstream Kitchen sellers (Wren, Howdens etc) but the quality of the product and the customer service has been on another level. I have just had a new kitchen fitted by Regal who are a family run firm and it feels as if you are part of it from the beginning. From the moment I walked into the showroom I couldn't have been better looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were dealt with promptly. Stacey, when I first went to the showroom, was so knowledgeable and showed me everything she thought I might need to consider. John then came and surveyed the work to be done. His comment was "I am your assistant tell me what you want". Luckily he agreed with my ideas! Having agreed to go ahead, Andy and Ricky duly arrived to carry out the work, which wasn't just a refit but a major job. They worked tirelessly and kept me informed at all times. They were neat and tidy and the finished product is incredible. Regal are so well organized that there was no waiting for the next sub-contractor to arrive. All booked to fit in when needed. I was contacted each week by the office to make sure it was going smoothly and I was happy with what was happening. Emma also came round to show me how all the appliances worked and cooked me a 3 course meal to demonstrate!! After the kitchen was finished, John and Phil came round to check up, and sign off on the work. It has been an awesome experience! Regal are well worth the cost as they treat you as a friend, nothing is too much trouble and they follow up by giving you a call to see that you are totally satisfied. One very satisfied customer!!

We have just had a new kitchen from Regal Kitchens in Chelmsford and it is everything we wanted and more. From the moment we walked into their impressive showroom, the staff were friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The quality and variety of their kitchen furniture and appliances is as good or better than any others we've seen. We were especially keen to have a kitchen which was designed on site in our home, and John was brilliant at developing different options for us to choose from, each of them tailored to our needs and space. Back in the showroom he and Stacey spent ages patiently going through things with us as we selected our furniture and equipment. After we'd placed our order the team were always in touch with us in the lead-up to and throughout the kitchen installation, checking that we were happy and that everything was going smoothly. Our installer Roger was really talented, great at overcoming the issues that inevitably arose on-site, and his attention to detail was exemplary. As a result we have a wonderful new kitchen - and the three-course meal which Emma cooked for us in our kitchen to demonstrate the best use of our new appliances was the perfect finishing touch! Thank you John, Stacey, Janice, Phil, Roger, Will and Emma for making the whole process a very personal and enjoyable experience, and for giving us such a lovely kitchen.

We have recently had a new kitchen installed and found the process from start to finish to be really good. The whole team from showroom to installation have been polite and accommodating to our requests. The installation is of excellent quality and was installed smoothly and without hiccups. From explaining everything in the showroom to demonstrating the equipment at the end has been a great experience.

My recent experience at Regal Kitchens was nothing short of fantastic right from the moment we walked in and was greeted warmly by both John & Stacey staff who guided us through their extensive range of products with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge. The layout of the new store was inviting and easy to navigate, making it a breeze to find exactly what style of kitchen we were looking for. Not only did John cater to all our design requests, he also went above and beyond in suggesting additional ways to alter our kitchen we we absolutely loved. To top it all off, the installation process was clear and ran seamlessly. Our installer 'Roger' had our best interests in his heart from start to finish and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. The quality of his craftmanship was exceptional and didn't leave us disappointed. Overall, I highly recommend Regal Kitchens to anyone in search of quality kitchen products and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I am so happy with my new kitchen. I can’t recommend Regal Kitchens enough. Upon meeting John and Stacey at the showroom, I felt very comfortable around them as they were very friendly and informative. John designed my kitchen and took into consideration all my requirements, nothing was too much trouble and my expectations were met efficiently and professionally. Ian the fitter, was punctual, very tidy and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to fit my kitchen, he was an absolute pleasure to have around. He was also very considerate and respectful to my families dependency on various mains powered medical devices and equipment. He kept us informed of his schedule and ensured any disruption to power was kept to an absolute minimum. The entire team at Regal Kitchens are very friendly and approachable and as such I would like to extend my thanks to Phil, Janice and Emma, who were always ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had.

From popping in to the showroom to the aftercare everything about our experience has been exceptional. Although it was love at first sight in the their showroom we visited and priced up a number of other options - no one could get near Regal for what we were after and what they offered - some providers wouldn't even come and look at our space until we'd paid a deposit, but not Regal. The time and care they gave the project screams the family owned and run ethos of them - nothing was too much. The prospect of a complete kitchen remodel is daunting but we couldn't be happier with how easy they made - the fitters even helped move furniture and fittings where i'd struggled to prepare the space. Being able to speak to the same people, on a local telephone number, and getting to know them gave us great confidence which they gave back in spades. The sign off visit pointed out a few minor flaws in materials that we would never notice, and changed were made quickly - the attention to detail, again, is more than we could have hoped for. We have an incredible space that his improved our day to day lives, and we are very proud of, and we recommend Regal to help you get the same.
