Regal Kitchens is the only independent kitchen company in Essex to have been awarded the prestigious FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association) Gold Certification for excellence in installation.

Using our in-house team of highly experienced and professional tradesmen, we will ensure that your kitchen installation and any other associated home improvements you may require (for example, tiling, electrics etc.) are completed to the highest of standards.

Once your order has been taken, your project will be placed in the very safe hands of Janice Pudney, our dedicated in-house Customer Service Manager. Janice has many years experience within the kitchen industry and her role is entirely focused on ensuring that we deliver on our promises made to you.

Regal Kitchens really live up to their motto ‘Where client is king.’ From start to finish, we have been so impressed by the service provided, with absolutely nothing being too much trouble. Our designer Stacey went above and beyond and truly blew us away with her dedication to providing the kitchen of our dreams. Her communication, friendly approach and in-depth knowledge of how to design the perfect kitchen made her a joy to work with and we honestly couldn’t recommend her and Regal Kitchens more. Previously, we had visited several well-known suppliers and the difference between the service they provided and that of Regal was night and day. Absolutely everyone we encountered with Regal was first class. Dan the kitchen fitter did an amazing job and again did everything in his power to make the process as stress-free as possible for us. I am so impressed with Regal and would whole-heartedly recommend them. Thank you to everyone at Regal, you really are the best.

It really was a wonderful experience from start to finish dealing with Regal. We visited first one Sunday morning. I was promised a follow up call the same day and to my surprise, this call happened! We all know businesses who don't do what they say. From the initial appraisal through planning and design and giving us advice... to working with our other builders and keeping to schedule, Regal have been fantastic. They are easy to get hold of and polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Our fitters were absolutely fantastic - which is a big deal for our household. It's nice when people are pleasant and friendly when you're sharing a space with them over a few weeks. Last week we chipped some paint and they went above and beyond to get this resolved for us even though they are miles away and finished our work in June. I can't recommend them more highly. All members of the team were very friendly and approachable, and there was no hard sell and definitely no pushy salespeople. Ian the fitter project-managed the installation to perfection in a highly professional manner, and his attention to detail, integrity and pride in his work were evident throughout the process. You could probably get a cheaper kitchen elsewhere, but you get what you pay for, and with Regal you get a very high standard of work and products and very good customer care. Thanks Regal! Regal have provided an excellent service from the beginning to the end of the job. Stacey and John welcomed us into the Showroom and were very attentive during the design phase. Even before the construction and installation the builders Roger and Dan visited the house and were very reassuring about the demolition of a wall. Equally the daily questions did not phase them and they were a pleasure to be in our home. As were all the other tradesmen. Our kitchen has been totally transformed and we are thrilled with the results. The customer care is first class and Phil returns after all the work is completed for a final check. We would thoroughly recommend using Regal kitchens.

We had waited years for our kitchen. Stacey came round to design and quote (at that stage we never thought it would come in to our budget), design wise she took all of our ideas and needs in to account. We loved the design and price point was more affordable than we thought. Our visit to the showroom to select appliances, worktop etc was also so easy and stress free. Never any pressure and always mindful of budget. Throughout the fit, the fitter was friendly and very good at his trade. We had a few niggles with bits but these were put right very quickly. Our kitchen took 3 weeks from start to finish, this included the rip out, ceilings down and then start again. Stacey has been lovely and easy to work with, Roger the fitter was amazing and our kitchen is perfect! Highly recommend Regal Kitchens.

The service we have had from Regal Kitchens from design and quotation by Stacey through to our completion by our fitter Ian along with other trades people brought in along the way has been of the very highest standards. We were made to feel at ease with the customer comes first approach. Even when wanting to change the cooker position halfway through the project. We are so pleased with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We were very apprehensive about renewing our kitchen having witnessed the poor experiences of friends and family with other suppliers. Having decided to take the plunge we are so happy we chose Regal Kitchens they were helpful and accommodating, walked us through every part of the process and kept us fully informed. Ian our fitter was fantastic and was so meticulous. We were told that the work would take 3 weeks and it was completed dead on time and we have had no snagging issues. Thank you to everyone at Regal Kitchens from design to fit to customer services for making this such an easy process and leaving us with a beautiful kitchen.

Before considering Regal Kitchens i was advised by two friends who had used them that they were not cheap but they were very good at what they did. From my first visit to their showroom until the final day of fitting i could not fault their professionalism as an operation or their commitment to myself and my kitchen project. If Regal Kitchens were a restaurant instead of a kitchen design firm , they would be awarded a michelin star.

From start to finish the team at Regal Kitchens were impeccable. We had limited ideas of what we wanted and left it in the very experienced and capable hands of John Martin to create our dream kitchen. We were not disappointed with his design and were keen to proceed. With the guidance of his associate Stacey Doherty we arrived at the ideal colour combination that suited us perfectly. The only hiccup was ourselves as we had to wait longer than expected for finances to be available, which took a few extra months. This was no problem to Regal and they didn’t pressure us at all, leaving us to sort the issues. The team of fitters were great and really easy to get along with. The standard of their work was very high and they were very precise with attention to detail. We had Roger, Dan and Will fit our kitchen and couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough!! The whole process was very easy and we were guided through the whole job with updates whenever requested. My only criticism is that we paid the majority of money up front, before any work had commenced. Really, the issue was my own as it’s very hard to trust any company nowadays, especially with a large amount of money. The job was completed within 6 weeks and included indoor structural differences too. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would recommend Regal Kitchens to anyone who is looking for that particular Kitchen that’s just that little bit extra special.

Kitchen Design and quote
I would strongly avoid this company. They have a very pushy approach , communication from their customer service department included unprofessional heart and smile emojis. John ,who worked on our kitchen design,advocates high standards and talks endlessly about various awards his company has been given however when we went into the showroom to see his designs and quote for our kitchen today he became very aggressive when I would not pay him £3000 . I wanted to consider his design and look through his pricing before spending £50000 with him. I also wanted to think about part of the layout which I wasn't happy with. His view was pay £3000 and you can then think about how the kitchen will work. He didn't get it right at this stage but wanted me to secure his services. He told me that if I didn't commission him today with a £3000 payment I wasn't a customer and he would not spend any more time on my kitchen. I had gone to this appointment viewing Regal kitchens as a strong contender for my kitchen project. But Johns behaviour was quite shocking. He was neither respectful or polite. What was also appalling was when he opened the showroom door indicating I should leave,which I did. A very rude individual. If he can turn on a potential client during a design meeting what would happen if something went wrong during the fitting stage. Unprofessional is an understatement regarding John's behaviour today. Very disappointed as they have now definitely lost my business.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear you left your appointment feeling disappointed, as this is never the experience we aim to provide. To clarify a few key points: We strongly refute any suggestion that anyone at Regal Kitchens acted aggressively. We pride ourselves on being respectful, transparent, and professional in all client interactions. Regarding our design process: we do not provide free design plans as standard, and this is clearly communicated from the outset. In your case, we dedicated over 15 hours to your project at no cost. A £3,000 payment is required to formally commission Regal Kitchens before moving to the next stage. This enables us to dedicate further time to refining your design. As you mentioned exploring other companies—which we fully respect—we're unable to release our plans without that commission, in line with our policy. We understand communication style is subjective. Emojis were used simply as a friendly gesture, and we regret if that came across otherwise. Regal Kitchens is proud of its reputation, awards, and high standards of customer service. While we're disappointed not to be working with you, we sincerely wish you the best in bringing your vision to life.
