Striving to exceed expectations we supply and fit beautiful fireplaces and stoves providing excellent customer service from our showroom in the heart of Warwickshire. We specialise in fireplaces from Elgin & Hall and Stovax.
Our woodburners are supplied by Stovax, Chesney's, Esse, Aga, Purevision and DG fires.
We are big fans of electric fires and fireplaces also and with Gazco, Dimplex and British Fires fires in the showroom we can supply and fit beautiful electric fires which have to be seen to be believed!
We love to give advice so please don't hesitate to contact us for some friendly advice on what can be a difficult process.

We were recommended Regency Fireplaces by a neighbour. We visited the showroom, and Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable about which fires would be most suitable for installing in our lounge. They then came out to do a free survey and quickly provided a price. The installation was excellent and pain-free, they were very efficient, friendly, and professional. They also provided guidance on how to operate the stove and gave us a carbon monoxide monitor to put up. I would definitely recommend Regency Fireplaces - all round excellent service.

I was recommended Regency Fireplaces by another local trader. Dan is very experienced and knowledgeable about all things fire and fireplace-related. Within a short time of arriving in the showroom, he knew exactly what we wanted. Interesting that he wanted to know the size of our room so that what we ordered would be in keeping with the room size. Another showroom we had visited never asked that question. The fitter was very efficient, friendly and tidy and did an excellent job. I would have no hesitation in recommending you visit the showroom if you are purchasing a new fire and or fireplace.

After researching suppliers in the area we accepted the quote from Regency as not only were their prices very competitive but the guidance on the choice of stove and surrounds etc. was excellent and they were extremely knowledgeable. The fitting of our new stove was excellent - the team were efficient, thorough and extremely tidy and were happy to show us how to use the new stove and answer any of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Regency Fires to anyone looking for a new log burner or fire.

Dan was really helpful throughout the process, talked us through what we wanted, was really responsive to our email queries and met face to face twice at the store and then his guys again at our house for the quote. The work, the fitters, the fireplace itself are all great and I'd have no qualms whatsoever in highly recommending these guys to friends and family.

Regency Fireplaces and Stoves replaced an old gas fire with a wall-mounted electric one, including sealing up the old fireplace, plastering and putting in a new electric socket. I was very pleased with the initial advice and friendly service from Dan at the showroom, which helped me make a decision on which electric fire to select. Communication was clear and the team showed up at the agreed time. They worked effectively, consulting me on some of the details, cleaned up everything after themselves and showed me how to operate the new fire before they left. I was very pleased with their work and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Excellent service from Daniel and his team. Good recommendations of type of stove. Neat and tidy installation. Prompt service always on time. A great job includes opening up fireplace, lining it, fitting flu (using a cherry picker) and installing hearth and mantel. Quotation comparable with others. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We have recently had an electric fire with mounted display. Daniel was very good at advising us of the best choice and no pressure to buy. Gave us all the options. The fitting has gone well and the team completed in one day and all mess tidied. I would recommend in the future.

We had a micro marble fireplace and Dimplex fire fitted yesterday. We were initially unsure as to what to have to suit our new house but received help and advice from Dan in the showroom. The fitters arrived on the agreed date and time. They were very polite and professional. There was no damage or mess. They did a really neat job of both the fitting and removal of an unwanted socket. We are very happy with our new fireplace.
