These guys were amazing. Respectful of our property, used dust sheets to cover everything. The final product was amazing. Everything well explained and they tested the log burner before they left. Very professional organisation and no hesitation in recommending them.

We had a traditional cast iron Victorian fireplace removed and recess made good, with a new fireplace surround fitted in readiness for a log burning stove. We hope to obtain a new log burner in the near future and will certainly go back to Dan for this. Dan has been great to work with. Professional, helpful, and approachable. His team is reliable, tidy, and punctual. We would certainly use his company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.

With Dan's expertise at Regency Fireplaces - he took the time to walk us through all of the different manufacturers and options that suited our needs. We decided to opt for a British Fire fireplace (Forest 1600, black edition with anti-reflective glass). To house the fireplace we also decided to have a bespoke media wall build. The whole process from design to installation was stress free, easy and professionally installed. I needed an old fireplace to be removed, and wanted to prepare the fireplace area for tiling. Dan was able to organise this for me at a very good price, with a fast turnaround time, no mess or clean up afterwards, and the end result has exceeded expectations. I bought a wood burner from Regency Heating which they supplied and fitted several years ago. The recent high winds had loosened the cowl on the top of the chimney, the response from Regency Heating was excellent and the cowl was repaired and refitted within a matter of days. Great after-sales service.

They then came out to do a free survey and quickly provided a price. The installation was excellent and pain-free, they were very efficient, friendly, and professional. I was recommended Regency Fireplaces by another local trader. Dan is very experienced and knowledgeable about all things fire and fireplace-related. Within a short time of arriving in the showroom, he knew exactly what we wanted. Interesting that he wanted to know the size of our room so that what we ordered would be in keeping with the room size. Another showroom we had visited never asked that question. The fitter was very efficient, friendly and tidy and did an excellent job. I would have no hesitation in recommending you visit the showroom if you are purchasing a new fire and or fireplace.

After researching suppliers in the area we accepted the quote from Regency as not only were their prices very competitive but the guidance on the choice of stove and surrounds etc. was excellent and they were extremely knowledgeable. The fitting of our new stove was excellent - the team were efficient, thorough and extremely tidy and were happy to show us how to use the new stove and answer any of our questions. Dan was really helpful throughout the process, talked us through what we wanted, was really responsive to our email queries and met face to face twice at the store and then his guys again at our house for the quote. Regency Fireplaces and Stoves replaced an old gas fire with a wall-mounted electric one, including sealing up the old fireplace, plastering and putting in a new electric socket. I was very pleased with the initial advice and friendly service from Dan at the showroom, which helped me make a decision on which electric fire to select. Communication was clear and the team showed up at the agreed time. They worked effectively, consulting me on some of the details, cleaned up everything after themselves and showed me how to operate the new fire before they left. I was very pleased with their work and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Excellent service from Daniel and his team. Good recommendations of type of stove. Neat and tidy installation. Prompt service always on time. A great job includes opening up fireplace, lining it, fitting flu (using a cherry picker) and installing hearth and mantel. Quotation comparable with others. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We had a micro marble fireplace and Dimplex fire fitted yesterday. We were initially unsure as to what to have to suit our new house but received help and advice from Dan in the showroom. When we approached Regency exploring a replacement fireplace, we received frank and useful advice on our options and without feeling pressurised concluded a log burner was our best option The selection of our most appropriate model, following a site survey, was very straightforward. Our installation, over two days, was professionally and efficiently completed. The team had to contend with some other simultaneous work on our home but were not distracted at all. Work on our roof was completed despite BT cables being in the way of access for the cherrypicker. There was an unexpected additional structure hidden behind our old fireplace which had to be dealt with - again without delay or complaint. A really excellent job, outstanding workmanship and our trial run with the stove was a complete success. No hesitation in giving this business top marks.
