Proprietor Paul is a great communicator and an excellent details-orientated project manager, who kept us informed throughout the work, offering solutions to unforeseen problems and updating us on a daily basis. He and his team, Leon and David, put a strong emphasis on preparation work (expect a lot of dust!) and protecting our property and belongings. They also clearly enjoy each other's company which made for a good working atmosphere. They kept to schedule and also to budget, which was competitive. If you are not an early riser, like us, you will also appreciate that they start work at a relaxed 9.30am.

Paul and Leon are very helpful . They have done a great job of painting exterior of our house. Communication has been good and they complete work to a high standard. This is the second time they have done work for us and I would recommend them. They are very reliable and we feel comfortable giving them our house keys so they can work, whilst we are at work.

The guys did a fantastic job of repainting the front of my house, and front door! They are both very considerate and conscientious - with extremely good communication before, during and after the job. The project for which I engaged Regency was decorating our entire hallway, from front door to loft, which took four weeks (and was completed on schedule). The work has been done to an excellent standard, including all plaster repairs, bannisters fixed, painting and front-door restoration. Paul and Leon were great collaborators, considerate and tidy, despite the mess inevitably generated. Paul was also able to recommend a builder to re-tile our front step and repair broken concrete on the front of the house. They also carried out a number of small repairs and adjustments that were not in the original quote. This was a big job and the work done exceeded our expectations.

Paul and Leon did a thorough job redecorating the front and rear of my terraced house, from scaffolding. This included painting rendered walls, and quite fiddly metal windows. The estimate for the work was business-like and comprehensive, and the quoted price was the one that I paid. They were both extremely pleasant and helpful. I recommend them to anyone needing painters and decorators.

Leon did a great job with the exterior repainting of our house frontage and took care to protect other areas; and to tidy up at the end of the day. He was unfailingly polite and helpful. The.original estimating was also very professional and all costs were explained and itemised. Planning the job was equally well organised and Paul kept in contact and responded promptly to queries. We were were very happy with the result and with the entire experience of dealing with Regency.
