I was looking for a painter and decorator to paint my hallway. They came round to view the job - he was friendly and polite. He surveyed the job after I had told him what I wanted done. He made a few suggestions which I was happy with. He gave me a detailed quote, a payment plan and a timeframe. They came to do the job and they did a marvelous job of painting my hallway. They took their time in getting my hallway prepared first, before painting. And I can say, the time taken to do the preparation made all the difference to the end result which I am happy with. The agreed budget and timeframe was kept to and they showed up everyday and on time. They kept me updated at every point (verbally, by text or email) - which I found reassuring. They are very professional, reliable and they take pride in their work. A job well done. Thank you, you did not disappoint, so glad you took the job on - my hallway is something to be proud of.

Paul and Leon painted my hallway, kitchen, outside door and windows/window sills and I was really pleased with the result. They are a fantastic team, very professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They have years of experience and know their trade inside out. Paul and Leon painted the outside of our house, both brick and woodwork. They were thoroughly professional from start to finish - from the initial visit and quote through to keeping us informed about the progress of their work, often with photographs, and offering advice when necessary, right to the finished job, which is excellent. Our house has never looked better. Their work on preparation was meticulous - they put time and effort into it They had to do a lot of extra work on a window frame which had deteriorated, explaining to us exactly what they had to do. The paintwork, brick and wood, is neat, precise and well-finished. They were thorough about tidying up at the end of each day and protected our paved areas well. They were a pleasure to meet. We thoroughly recommend Regency Professional Services.

Paul was recommended to me by my daughter and I am very glad she did. Throughout the process - from initial contact, visiting to provide a quotation to the beginning and finishing the job, Paul and his team were prompt, thorough, and very professional. The work began and finished on schedule and during the work, I was provided with photos to show the progress. Paul contacted me when necessary to provide information and suggestions for doing the job to the best effect. After the job was completed the flat was properly tidied up and left in a very much improved condition. I am very pleased I asked Paul to do the work.

I can highly recommend Regency Decorating. Paul, Dave and Lee are a great team to work with. We decorated 6 rooms - 4 bedrooms, the living room and the dining room. Paul was professional throughout the costing and quoting process, with accurate and timely responses, helpful with advice and patient when we changed the scope. Communication was excellent with clear advance notice of when the work would start, when they would be arriving each day, regular updates on progress and discussions on the order of work throughout (it was most of the house!). The guys were fantastic and adaptable as we discovered some unexpected issues and added additional work. The quality of their work was undertaken to a high standard and they even fixed previous work by other firms that wasn't done to their standard. I found the team pleasure to work with and are have been the most helpful. Paul even took the time to teach me a few things. Overall comments: high quality, helpful, tidy, really great guys to work with! Can all trades be like this!

Well here is the 46th 5-star review and I would give it 6 stars if I could. Right from initial contact, Paul acted in a really professional way. His estimate was detailed and comprehensive and the price was competitive. Paul, León and David redecorated the outside of our house and it looks better now than when it was built 8 years ago. They were very careful to protect external pavings and wall fittings and the amount of time and effort they took in careful preparation was an important factor in producing a high class finished job with which we are delighted. I spent 40 years working in the building industry and I recognise good work when I see it. These guys are very good and a pleasure to have around. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Paul, David and Leon did an excellent job of painting the front of my home. I was very impressed by their can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. I felt Regency had listened to what I wanted. They took a lot of time to prepare surfaces properly (masonry and woodwork), which ensured a smart and durable finish. They were on time every day, and I was kept fully informed by text/call/email at all times. The team were a pleasure to be around, always cheerful and courteous, and respectful of my home, using dust sheets as necessary, and cleaning up each day. Paul even cleaned my windows once the job was complete. Paul has kept in touch after the work was finished to ensure I was happy. I have already booked Regency for my next project (painting the back of the house) next year. Highly recommended.

Paul and his team did an excellent job painting the outside of our house. We were kept informed of progress throughout and the job was completed on time and on budget. They were polite and considerate and we would definitely use them again.

Paul and the team did a great job decorating a loft conversion and the stairs/hall/landing. Getting it done in a relatively short time was necessary, and this was done without stinting on quality, doing many coats and attention to detail. The work has a great finish. Communication was good and the price competitive. Will certainly be using again.

Paul and his team had to redecorate our hall, staircase, study and backroom after damage, particularly in the study, caused by a burst mains water pipe. Paul made a very good and friendly yet thoroughly professional impression from the first. He was meticulous in detailing the proposed remedial works and the costs. He advises customers to go through the details of the schedule to ensure that all the work is specified, leaving no room for ambiguities and avoiding future misunderstandings which can happen all too easily if this is not done. He could not have offered us more assistance in the planning stages. Communications were excellent throughout and once the work began it was carried through with precision, care and pride. Paul, David and Leon were friendly and courteous and did little bits of additional work as things proceeded. We felt we were in good and safe hands. The job was completed on time and when we pointed out a couple of very small things that had been overlooked they were dealt with immediately without fuss. Paul came afterwards to ensure that the work had been done to our satisfaction.

Paul and the team recently completed some external decorating on our Abrahams flat. We had all external stone and wood work prepped and painted, as well as our old front door brought to life. Regency are a really positive team who communicated throughout to make sure we were happy at every step. The finished job is excellent and this is testament to the time and effort put into preparing the materials before painting.

Paul, David and Leon from Regency Decorating have just completed exterior painting and pointing work on my flat, and the upstairs flat. The two flats are Abrahams purpose-built (c. 1895) in Leyton, London. Every aspect of the job has been excellent from start to finish. Paul provided a detailed written quote, which was very reasonable, and the final price reflected that quoted. In the lead-up to the works he provided regular email updates about the planning of the job, taking into account precautions needed in the light of Covid-19. Once the job had started Paul, David and Leon gave us regular updates on their progress. They were really easy to talk to and were always keen to receive feedback. Their preparation for the painting work was meticulous, and the quality of the finished job is really excellent. I recommend them unreservedly and will certainly use Regency Decorating again for any internal or external painting jobs I have in the future.

Paul and his team at Regency Professional Decorating Services did a stellar job decorating our flat, and were also a wonderful bunch of guys, we would happily recommend them. Our flat had clearly never been decorated professionally before and there was a lot of peeling paint, cracks, and broken skirting boards. They performed a high quality and professional job to transform the place. The walls and skirting boards now look beautiful and everything is repaired. Paul was a pleasure to deal with – a straightforward quote, great attention to detail and our specific requests, and good follow-up to make sure we were happy with the job. All the decorators were polite, congenial and easy to work with.

Paul, Curtis and David from Regency were amazing, and a total pleasure to work with. I had just moved into a flat, and needed my son's new bedroom to be painted within 2 days of moving so I could have his room ready for him when he moved in with me. Paul and Co worked incredibly hard to get it all done, and to an extremely high standard (I'd never appreciated how good straight lines where the wall joins with the ceiling looked before they did this job!). They then painted my hallway and lounge, and made sure everything was covered and dust-protected, again with everything finished to a very high standard. They were friendly and professional throughout, their quotes include paints and all materials so you know what you're getting. All in all I really can't recommend them enough, and won't hesitate to have them back in the future if I have more painting work for them to do.

I can safely say Paul and team are the best set of painter and decorators I have ever used. I used Paul and team to fully redecorate a top floor one bedroom flat with tricky access. Paul’s quote represented excellent value for money. Paul prepared the flat as discussed and finished the job on time. However, what sets Paul apart from his competitors is the quality of service he provided. The finish and attention to detail was excellent, he left the flat cleaner than when he arrived and on several occasions, he was on hand to take deliveries and let other trades in and out of the flat. If I have any other painting and decorating jobs in the future I will only use Regency.

Paul was very helpful from the first phone call. He asked for all details and was able to give me a great quote instantly. I then asked Paul if he could do some extra work for me, which wasn’t on the agreement initially, and he did all the work with no hesitation. Regency decorating were recommended to me as very helpful decorators and they were. They completed the work (redecorating most of our house, including some plastering work) to a high standard, were very professional, hard working, helpful and honest. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Paul came to paint all the wooden sash windows and also the rest of the woodwork in our bathroom. He was very professional and did a very good job, making good the windows where they weren’t in the best condition. We would definitely recommend.

Paul and his colleagues did an excellent job redecorating my flat. It was not an easy task because it involved lots of sanding down of the old paint effects on ceiling and the walls, followed by plastering and a beautiful finish with the painting. They finished the whole flat on the agreed day on a Friday and when the lights came back on, some minor imperfections became apparent and upon my request they made good on them by working over the weekend without incurring extra charges. They left all the paints that was left over, and I should also mention that the following week I was moving in with my furniture and I inadvertently damaged some parts of wall; I texted Paul, and he said he would come and fix it soon. Overall I am very satisfied with both the quality of the job and the professionalism that Paul showed.

We asked Paul/Leon to paint/decorate 2 rooms and the front of the house. The front porch was pretty cracked and looked in bad shape, but they have made it look amazing. They painted windows surrounding the door and the front looks inviting. The rooms were clean lines and bright. They prepped everything to make the walls smooth and gave general sound advice. 1 - Communication Always clear and concise. Paul returned my calls promptly and was happy to answer my questions (and there were many) 2. Schedule/Budget Paul was clear and sent quotes on time, we agreed a budget and timeframe and they committed to it 3 Work Paul/Leon worked hard and did as requested. There were changes as we went through the process and Paul was happy to compromise. The work was clean and tidy and the results were really good. They tidied up every evening which meant we weren't walking through dust :) 4 Friendliness Both Paul and Leon were friendly, polite, personable and most importantly, trustworthy. There were plenty of times they got on with the work whilst we were out doing other stuff. We supplied tea and biscuits :) I would highly recommend them and should the need arise again, would definitely not hesitate to give them a call.

Paul and Leon took on a large job which involved painting and decorating two bedrooms, two large reception rooms, hall , stairs and landing in a Victorian house. Also included was some external painting. I also asked if they could dismantle a large built-in unit in one of the bedrooms which they were happy to do. It resulted in a lot of making good to the wall and also repositioning the picture rail and cornice which Leon made an excellent of doing. They were very thorough in preparing all surfaces prior to painting. Paul kept me up to date with the work schedule each week. It was a pleasure having them working in my home, they were very easy to get on with and always ready to answer any questions I had. Paul made sure I was happy with everything at the end of the job and left the house clean and tidy. I now have a lovely looking home thanks to Regency Professional Decorating and have no hesitation in recommending them.
