Nesin is very thorough, clean and professional. He came and removed the radiators before the rooms were decorated and then later supplied and fitted new ones. He took care afterwards to make sure there was no air in the system. Everything looks neat and tidy and works as it should. The work was done on schedule and within budget. Early November 2024, I identified and reported a serious water leak which was identified to be somewhere between the street water meter and stop cock, potentially costing a fortune. Thames Water proved to be unhelpful over the last nine months so I sought a plumber experienced in such work. Being one to prefer to give work to local tradesmen, I appointed Reliable Plumbing Services amongst others I approached to undertake the work which entailed running a 18m new mains supply under my block paving driveway from the meter to a point of entry to the rear of the house. RPS undertook the work within three days to a very high standard, advising what was entailed in a professional and frank manner. During the necessary excavation of the holes required for the 'moling' work and stop tap connection , they discovered a bodged repair to damage, likely to be by the outfit that laid the drive, separately affecting rain water drainage. RPS undertook both the mains pipe replacement and the additional needed repair to a very high standard and completely made good the drive and cleaned the whole area such that evidence of their work could not be seen. Pricing was very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending them - certainly I would use them again for my plumbing work.

NES serviced my boiler today. As always he turned up on time and explained clearly what he was going to do and why.

Our kitchen mixer tap's occasional drip had turned into a pool overnight - at Thames Water's new charges. I left a help message on "Reliable" ansaphone and was pleasantly surprised to get a callback in 15 minutes. I photo'd the tap for Nesin who arrived within hour with replacement and squeezed into "spaghetti junction" under sink installing and then checking it. While he was here, wife remembered shower room sink plug spring had failed and he quickly replaced that too. Water pressure has improved following work done - an unexpected but appreciated treat. Certain we'll use "Reliable" again.

I can’t thank them enough they done a great job they changed my water mains to the house. They cleaned up really well and got rid of all rubbish. Had trouble getting any one to do the job as there is 11 steps up to the house most people did even give me a quote very professional.

Nesin is not only a highly qualified and skilful plumber, but also a great problem solver. He always checks the work properly when finished. He has done various jobs around my house over the last few years. The most recent one was a tricky installation of a water softener under the kitchen sink. Nesin replaced faulty valves in a kitchen sink hand spray and a shower control. Both appliances were no longer available and local stockists did not hold the relevant parts but he managed to source spares promptly and keep us informed of progress.

The swan neck tap in my kitchen was leaking. I discovered that water was also dripping down the internal pipe work under the sink which made replacing the tap rather urgent I phoned Nesin around 7:30pm with my problem. He arranged to get a new tap from a supplier and came the next morning He replaced my tap and also cut out and replaced some of the internal pipe work Throughout, Nesin was friendly and efficient. Getting the work done so quickly was a great relief to me and I would warmly recommend him

We had a leak from a lead pipe. Nes arrived promptly, gave us a realistic quote and explained fully how he would fix the problem with minimum disruption. He removed a lot of junk from our cellar and then replaced the lead pipe with modern blue plastic. It took about 4 hours, very quick and efficient, and he tidied up, leaving everything spotless, before he left. I would certainly recommend him and will use his services again, if we have another leak.

Nesin has done work for us a few times over the years, and has always been reliable and helpful. He came today when we suddenly had no water from the hot taps and had visitors arriving later in the day. He explained the problem to us, went to buy the appropriate parts and sorted it out for us and then gave us advice for the future. I cannot rate him highly enough

It was a pleasure dealing with Nesin and team from the beginning. Prompt communication and on time for all appointments. He went through all the proposed works in good detail. The actual work replacing a lead water main went very well and is a lovely neat job. It involved cutting a concrete path and opening up the back of a kitchen cupboard. Both were restored with a nice finish with somethings improved upon what they were before. I've already recommended him to our neighbour and would not hesitate to use again.

Nes did a great job installing a new boiler for us 4 years ago and it’s worked great from day one. He services it every year and has given us very useful advice about how to optimize it to run efficiently and keep the running costs as low as possible. Nesin arrived very promptly and assessed the source of the leak (which was below a concrete floor just inside our garage). He was very clear about what needed to be done and gave options in case there was more than one leak. Once he had uncovered the pipework, he showed me the leak and replaced a pushfit fitting with a more robust connexion. He also took the trouble to insulate the pipe (which it hadn't been before). He did an hour-long water-flow test to make sure that there was no further leakage. He then filled the hole and re-concreted it to a good standard. I was very happy with the whole exercise and wouldn't hesitate to use Nesin again.

Nesin installed pipework for a new water connection for a new office building. Pipework installed as per Thames Water specification ready for them to connect to the mains. Very happy with work all carried out within timescale and cost quoted. I would highly recommend Nesin for plumbing work; very impressed with his knowledge and skill.

Nesin replaced a toilet, two heated towel rails and a bath shower screen. I am very pleased with the work. The quote was reasonable, and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Despite some 'wrinkles' and 'gotchas' left by the original installer, Nesin successfully overcame the unexpected. He was friendly, efficient and left the area very tidy.
