Nesin arrived on time and we discussed the work to be undertaken. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant and we agreed on the best solution. He replaced an old lead pipe which entailed lifting floorboards in the kitchen and under the carpet in the hall. Connections were made involving MDPE and copper pipework. The carpet was refitted and the area left clean and tidy. I would certainly contact Nesin again for any future work that may need doing and highly recommend him.

Thames Water recently detected a leak in the lead mains water pipe underneath our house. Nesin managed to replace the pipe in a way which caused the least damage to our house and drive. He is very knowledgeable about Thames Water procedures and dealt promptly and efficiently with the paperwork required. He is reliable, tidy, and punctual and works to an exceptionally high standard. I would highly recommend him and his office staff.

I had previously used Reliable Plumbing Services so had no hesitation in contacting Nesin when Thames Water informed me there was a leak, a 'constant flow' of water between one and three litres per hour. Nesin was systematic, thorough and determined to find what was referred to as 'a hidden leak'. At every stage, he told what test he was doing and why. A small leak was found in the mains water supply but was not registering on the recently installed digital (smart) meter. Nesin and his team replaced the mains supply pipe. Communication with Nesin and Gaynor was first-rate at every stage. Highly recommend Nesin and his team.

Nesin is very thorough, clean and professional. He came and removed the radiators before the rooms were decorated and then later supplied and fitted new ones. He took care afterwards to make sure there was no air in the system. Everything looks neat and tidy and works as it should. The work was done on schedule and within budget. Early November 2024, I identified and reported a serious water leak which was identified to be somewhere between the street water meter and stop cock, potentially costing a fortune. Thames Water proved to be unhelpful over the last nine months so I sought a plumber experienced in such work. Being one to prefer to give work to local tradesmen, I appointed Reliable Plumbing Services amongst others I approached to undertake the work which entailed running a 18m new mains supply under my block paving driveway from the meter to a point of entry to the rear of the house. RPS undertook the work within three days to a very high standard, advising what was entailed in a professional and frank manner. During the necessary excavation of the holes required for the 'moling' work and stop tap connection , they discovered a bodged repair to damage, likely to be by the outfit that laid the drive, separately affecting rain water drainage. RPS undertook both the mains pipe replacement and the additional needed repair to a very high standard and completely made good the drive and cleaned the whole area such that evidence of their work could not be seen. Pricing was very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending them - certainly I would use them again for my plumbing work.

NES serviced my boiler today. As always he turned up on time and explained clearly what he was going to do and why.
