Nicola was my first contact with Reliable renewables. She was really helpful and informative about the whole process. I was really happy with her suggestions for us and with the cost too. The lads who came to fit the system were great, they worked efficiently and very tidy. Their customer service has been second to none .

Our old existing heating and hot water boiler was removed and replaced with a new air source heat pump hot water system and electric radiators throughout. Solar panels were fitted to the roof and battery installed. New consumer unit. Inverter and new wiring installed, all controllable with mobile apps. Job completed in 5 days with continued help and support when needed. We are happy with the work and would recommend.

Solar panel and battery installation - all went smoothly -well planned and executed

We had 16 solar panels, 16 Kw battery, 8 kw inverter and associated wiring and hardware. The panels were installed over an existing roof 8 facing approx East and 8 approx West. The proposal was detailed and thorough. The site visit and following personal consultation meant our questions were answered . The erection of the scaffolding and the start of installation happened exactly as promised even though it was January. All the work was completed and the system working in 4 days. Paperwork and certificates arrived in about a week. We have sent them to our elecectrity supplier (EDF) which has confirmed everything is correct. Some weeks later we still await a MPAN export licence being issued. Annoyingly this is out of the hands of us, the installers and those of our suppliers EDF.

We had our off grid farm supplied and fitted with solar panels including the inverter, batteries, etc. along with a hot water system that is heated via the solar system. The team from reliable renewables were great from start to finish, with Nicola and Mick visiting the site before installation to talk us through which system best suited us for our needs, they explained how the systems work in easy understanding format and showed us previous systems they have installed, we found it very comforting that they can monitor how our system is performing from their office and will in future advise us on how we can improve our energy usage. They have a large team of separate trades ie electricians and plumbers that know how to work with the solar system and also advised us on the installation. The installation team are great, they crack on with the job and know what they are doing, I was very impressed with how precise they were with placement of the panels to make them square with the roof. Scaffolded front and rear of property fitted 14no. Solar panels to roof, installed 2no. batteries and other equipment under the stairs internally. The work was done professionally any furniture moved was put back in situ and carpets were hoovered clean.

We had an upgrade to our solar panel installation including a new larger capacity battery, a new inverter and an earth to enable us to go off grid in a power cut. This was to enable us to take energy from the grid overnight on a cheaper tariff and export more of our solar energy.

From the very first web query and follow up phone call I knew I was dealing with a company I trusted with a significant investment and modification to my house. The lead time from visit to fitting was brilliant My neighbours installation was synced to save money and time and saving me money and getting best value was always at the forefront of Nicolas mind and this was very much noticed and appreciated The installation was a dream. The team turned up when they said they would They were clean, tidy, respectful and a brilliant to have around the property. Not something you say very often for tradespeople !! The big thing you get with Nicola and RR is her and her knowledge and expertise Following install you stay on the solar journey with her (you will know what I mean when you sign up) and this is something you simply wouldn't get with many other company's I've not had any issue with my kit or equipment but would have absolute faith in it being sorted. The system has delivered exactly as promised , the tariffs I was guided to have been as promised Big question now is when do I get the front done !! Reliable Renewables fitted 50 plus solar panels, 2 x inverters and battery to our property. Nicola made the initial contact with us and was excellent in talking us through the options and systems available. Nicola was in regular contact throughout and was always on hand to help at any point. All the team were excellent as well aa being polite and respectful - we were very happy with the workmanship that they provided. Nicola has been in constant support since the system was commissioned - she responds immediately to any calls or texts and is always ready to help in any way that she can. I would recommend Nicola and this company to anybody thinking about having solar installed.

Reliable Renewables installed an ECO 5kw wood burning stove into an existing fireplace. This entailed the sheeting of the room to prevent any dust damage, the removal of the existing fireback, the removal of the chimney pot (very tall, 3 storey house), installation of the stainless steel flue, connecting the flue to the stove, refitting of the pot to the flue plate, fixing in the pot, waterproofing and adding a cowl to prevent water, foreign objects and wildlife from ingressing the flue. A carbon monoxide and smoke detector was fitted in the room and the system was smoke tested. Full instructions, for the operation of the stove, were given and I signed off the job. This stove was the second that they had installed for me, the previous one being a free standing one in another room in 2021. Reliable Renewables have also, over the past 5 years, installed a ground-source heat pump, solar-voltaic panels, a bank of 14 X 5KwH batteries and an EV tethered car charger. I have always found them to be professional in their approach and responsive to queries and I've never had an issue with the quality of their work, hence my using them on numerous occasions.
