Relocate Removals & Storage did a fantastic job helping us move a very cluttered family house (!) in South London. The team were very professional throughout, communicated clearly with us before and during the move, and made the whole thing very easy for us.

I was moved to my new home by relocate removals on 04 08 2023, the whole move from start to finish was a fantastic experience… all staff at the offices were always so helpful and so polite.. the 3 removal men on the actual day were an absolute pleasure to have in my home, they took all the nerves and stress I was feeling away by being very kind and reassuring… the care they took of all my furniture and goods was amazing and not one single item was damaged… I would highly recommend this company absolutely excellent.

Estimating and admin are very efficient. Value was comparable to other estimates. The team on the day worked really well and showed consideration and humour doing a tough job loading/unloading 2 lorries.

The amazing team at Relocate Removals were outstanding from start to finish with our house move. From the initial home survey which was thorough and gave us the confidence that we were dealing with a professional and friendly company, we knew that they were the right team for us. The amazing packing service really took the stress out of moving. We were astounded as to the speed that the two guys worked - packing our 3 bedroom house in half a day ready for moving the next day. On moving day, the team worked non-stop to load the vans, carefully dismantling furniture and ensuring that all fragile items were well looked after. The house was empty in good time, ensuring we were ready for completion ahead of schedule. After completion and picking up keys, we met the team at the new property where they unpacked and reassembled furniture in less than two hours - taking care of the little things like setting up kids bedrooms so they would see their familiar things in their new rooms and not be overwhelmed. As we unpacked we were pleased to see that everything had been protected perfectly and due to their care throughout - we didn't lose anything or have any breakages. We could not recommend the team at Relocate Removals enough. They truly were the best and took all the stress out of moving house. Worth every penny.

We were recommended Relocate Removals by a close friend and honestly they have been fantastic as it took us over a year before we moved and they were so patient and once the date was set and the day came the team arrived early and were so organised and efficient and really friendly! I we would highly recommend them and the price was fab!

I found Bills team via a card that came through our door when we was selling our old house, decided to get a quote and so happy we did, Rob was a very pleasant guy who came out to do the survey/quote on what we had to move and what was required, i.e. boxes, vans etc., Rob was very professional and down to earth, this first meeting probably made us make our minds up who to use, plus all the girls in the office , all very very lovely people. We booked the move in for the 22nd May, only just writing this review , as had a bit of stress with looking after family in between, plus getting settled in our new home, moving they say is one of the most stressful things in life, but I tell you, use Relocate and they will take a lot of that stress away on the day. Bill continuously kept in contact making sure of the timings of completing etc., the team Bill supplied us on the day had us all packed up by 10:00am and they waited outside our new house until we got the keys at 4pm, they moved all our gear into our new house without no breakages, they were all outstanding from the time we met on that morning until they finished moving us in, they took so much stress away, cause of the wait getting into our new house , I made sure I had the kettle at hand to give them a cuppa, all in all the whole moving process is so stressful with solicitors and estate agents, but Bills team are the best part of it all, def use them to move.

The team were on time, and got going straight away loading our 2 bedroom flat. Within 2 hours, everything was packed up and they were on their way to our new home, ready for us to unload as soon as we got the keys. They were so friendly and helpful, and ensured that we had no stress on the day and could just focus on everything else for our new home. Bill the owner and the office team were also really helpful throughout our booking. Can't recommend enough!
