From the first visit to provide a quote for their service to the time when the last box was unloaded from the van, the service was seamless. The quote was competitive and value for money. Everything was packed with care and arrived intact. They worked swiftly and dismantled all the larger items for easier removal and relocation in the new house. They arrived at the time agreed both on packing day and moving day and were cheerful and helpful throughout. Very happy to recommend their services.

Relocate fitted our move in at short notice and Luke and his team were very fast and efficient could not fault the service we received.

We paid for a two day move, but, on the day, the team insisted completing in one day, so we had to rearrange work to cater for them. To rush the job, they wanted to move all of our belongings into the garage of our new house rather than into designated rooms, and they argued when we told them no. Several items of furniture were damaged, and the process for making a claim is very time-consuming (you have to send photos and quotes for repair by post). Our bannister was damaged as witnessed by my husband, but the team denied this and claimed it was damaged before the move. Team were rude on the day - rolling their eyes and tutting when we were checking the house prior to signing the forms (because they wanted to get going quickly). Team arrived with no tools so had to borrow ours (which had to be unpacked), and they refused to move items to the garden shed as they had not brought floor covers with them. They are very persistent in demanding all money before completing the job but mysteriously difficult to get hold of when you want to complain. All in all, they made the process of moving very difficult, and I would recommend you steer well clear!

My 2 bed house was emptied in no time. Then the relocation journey of 230 miles. The guys got to my house before me and had finished and had left before I got there. Beds built and my large sofa that splits, was built. The only issue I had was that a large solid walnut dressing table with three mirrors, was put in the dining room. It took myself and two other female family members to get it upstairs.

After hours of searching for a removal company I came across Relocate Removals. It was really quick and easy to arrange a quote and then gentleman who came out was fantastic! He asked a lot of questions and viewed the amount I was moving to ensure an accurate quote was provided. On move day, I had 2 vans show up with 4 removal men who were amazing from start to finish. They worked so hard to get everything done to time and didn’t mind waiting for a little while as the occupants at the other end weren’t quite ready. They were very careful with all of my belongings. Such a great service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future should the need arise.

The lads turned up on time and were respectful careful professional good humoured and helpful. I broke my hip a couple of weeks before the move so couldn't get things as ready as I'd liked but each of the lads just dealt with what was there solving problems without complaint. They clearly labelled each box regards its contents and what room it came out of. When we got to where we've moved to there was a load of stuff in the house which should have been moved and was hindering our stuff going in. The lads put it all out the front without complaint then cracked on with moving our stuff in. I fully recommend Relocate Removals they were a good bunch of hard working blokes and they're reasonably priced as well.

After a long stressful wait for contracts to be exchanged and date being set to move, I was delighted to confirm with relocate, my chosen removals people, to move 24th Feb. The removals crew came bang on time and got straight on with the job. They were lovely guys, checked everything with me along the way, were careful and all with a cheerful manner. It was a long journey to face before unloading at the other end and fitting the washing machine and resurrecting my bed. Cant thank Justin's team enough and all at a reasonable cost.
