I asked Mike from Remedy Plumbing to carry out a complete refurbishment of my main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs toilet when I bought my new property. I chose Mike and Remedy as he had been my plumber that I used in my previous property for over three years. I can honestly say Mike went over and beyond my expectations for this project. The schedule and budget were agreed and the work was completed on time. His advice throughout was invaluable and he kept me informed at every stage of the refurbishment and ensured even whilst I was on holiday that I was kept up-to-date. He is totally trustworthy and I was happy to just give Mike a key to my house. At the end of each day Mike would make sure my house was always left clean and tidy. There were one or two issues but these were not plumbing related but problems with the a couple of items being installed, but Mike was more than willing to sort these out for me.

I contacted Mike through word of mouth and he Completed a bathroom refurbishment on my property. The process was fully explained prior to the work starting. Timescales were met and work carried out to a very high standard. Would 110% use again for any bathroom or plumbing works.

Mike carried out a power flush on my heating system due to poor circulation in the radiators. The system is now running perfectly thanks to Mike. He was clean, tidy and professional. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

New Worcester Green star 4000 boiler installed. Mike explained the different types of boilers available and the different options which would suit our needs best. He did an excellent job very clean and tidy. Mike is very polite and hard working making sure our boiler was up and running as quickly as possible during the cold February of 23. I had a very small wet room which was in such bad condition lots of problems, it need to be refurbished, also we wanted a bath. I got a few quotes and can say Remedy plumbing & heating was the best. Repair to boiler. Initial assessment as to what the problem was, done a timely fashion and confirmed the part required. Quoted for the work and asked if we were happy to proceed. Part ordered and fitted with a couple of days, repair happened in the evening as we were without heating. Professional, friendly and tidy.
