Mike completed our bathroom refurb from the planning through to completion. I am not the best when it comes to picturing how a room will look and whether I am getting it right. Mike suggested I start with bathroom showrooms. From this I was able to look at different styles, sit down and let them plan how my bathroom would look. Mike was amazing, he worked like a real trooper, every day, making sure he cleaned up beautifully every day. His dedication is next to none. He thinks of every little detail and made my dream bathroom become a reality. This was my treat to myself, and why not! His quote was spot on and very reasonable for a quality finish. Mike installed new taps and shower units in all my bathrooms and kitchen. He was really efficient and completed all the work to a very high standard. Will absolutely use Mike again when needed and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.

I've used Michael's services number of times recently and can't fault him. In recent weeks we've had a pump installed for improved water pressure, toilet valves replaced and most recently, a kitchen tap replaced. His quotes are good, he arrives when he says he will, does what he promised and leaves the place clean and tidy. From the way he has routed pipes, he clearly takes pride in his work. Mike has now done three jobs for us: Replacement of a damaged tap on a hand basin (April 2024) Replacement and repositioning of a central heating pump (Nov 2024) Replacement of a hand basin (Dec 2024) In each case the work was done swiftly and efficiently and was of high quality. Everything was clean and tidy at the end and the price was very fair. Communication (via email) was excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending Mike.

Remedy Plumbing came with excellent recommendations from friends and neighbours. Mike had done some minor plumbing works for me successfully in the past and I was impressed by his professionalism. I wanted my Bathroom stripped out and replaced so he sent me a quotation which was accepted. The work was exceptional not only was his plumbing work excellent but he is a multi-talented man who is also an excellent tiler. The results far surpassed my expectations, really impressive. I contacted Mike as I was having continuing problems with cold water supply to first floor. A previous plumber who had carried out work stopped responding when I was experiencing ongoing problems. My water softener had also stopped working. Mike turned up at the appointed time and started checking out the problems. He discovered an airlock preventing the flow of cold water and got flow restored although he said pressure was weak. Mike returned when I contacted him when the cold water flow again reduced and stopped and suggested a pump to improve flow and prevent recurrence of air locks. I agreed to his suggestion and he returned and carried out the work as promised. This solved the problem but I experienced noise with the pump starting up for no apparent reason. Mike returned and checked out the problem and spoke with the pump manufacturers to diagnose the problem and discovered the most likely cause was a tiny leakage in the water system somewhere. Mike managed to trace this to a toilet system and corrected this. He also checked out the water softener and identified problems including no overflow connection and fixed these. Over several visits Mike turned up as promised and persisted until he had solved the issues. He was unfailingly pleasant and polite and quoted prices for work which he stuck to. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike 100%. It is a joy to find a plumber I am totally confident in and will contact him straight away if I get any further plumbing problems.

I had been left with leaking improperly installed whole house water softener. Mike arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job satisfactorily and professionally. Mike took the call at 8.30, Sent a text later that morning to arrange visit in the afternoon. Arrived at 3pm, found the problem, replaced the motorised valve and was finished before 4pm. Excellent job, clean tidy, quick and resonable. Highly recommended.

I asked Mike from Remedy Plumbing to carry out a complete refurbishment of my main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs toilet when I bought my new property. I chose Mike and Remedy as he had been my plumber that I used in my previous property for over three years. I can honestly say Mike went over and beyond my expectations for this project. The schedule and budget were agreed and the work was completed on time. His advice throughout was invaluable and he kept me informed at every stage of the refurbishment and ensured even whilst I was on holiday that I was kept up-to-date. He is totally trustworthy and I was happy to just give Mike a key to my house. At the end of each day Mike would make sure my house was always left clean and tidy. There were one or two issues but these were not plumbing related but problems with the a couple of items being installed, but Mike was more than willing to sort these out for me.
