We had to move in a hurry so were very appreciative of the support. The removers arrived promptly and worked hard to get us packed and moved in a good time frame. The weather was hot and rainy in places but this did not stop the work. Thank you!

This is the second time I have used Removals For You and if I were to move again, they would be the first company I phoned. Nigel and Theresa run an amazing company and their customer service is second to none. We weren't sure if we were going to break the chain - no problem they provided a quote for storage and a second move. We didn't know the completion day until right up to the wire - no problem they gave us options and reserve a couple of days for us. Their prices are very competitive, their level of cover and care is right up there, and they even provided all of the packaging and materials we needed to ensure our belongings were safe. When they came on the day and worked tirelessly until 8pm (we didn't get the keys until late) and all the while remained positive and considerate, I wished I could have paid them more. I don't know how you could provide a better service than Removals For You do to be honest, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Removals for You recently moved my 90-year-old father to a retirement complex in Howden. Faced with a customer that had never 'moved house' in his lifetime and a lifetime of possessions accrued over a lifetime, they approached this task with care, patience and empathy. Moving home is turbulent at the best of times, but they were communicative from the beginning and thoroughly understanding when dates for the actual move changed multiple times. I was dreading the job of moving my mother out of a home she has lived in for many years to a smaller property. She has many treasured possessions, most of which moved with her. Right from the beginning Theresa and Nigel and the team were not only all very efficient but also very empathetic to the situation. The estimate was done without a fuss and was very straightforward to understand. They helped us with a supply of boxes and paper for advanced packing. And on the move days, the team were professional and pleasant and showed a great deal of respect and care for my mother and her possessions. They were also very patient! The packing was excellent. There was not a single breakage nor other damage. There was lots of protection for antiques and other fragile items. We were not blessed with fine weather but the floor covering they used prevented any dirt and damp being transferred to the carpets. And all completed in the time that was estimated. Last but not least, I love the fact that there is not a constant reference to contract terms and small print and that they do not take any payment until the job is complete. I would use this company again without any hesitation.

I would definitely recommend this company. They were efficient from start to finish and slotted us in at very short notice. They emptied our house in no time and had an extra van turn up immediately when they realised we would need 3. The lads are very polite and hardworking and very respectful of your possessions and always ensuring everything ended up in the right room at the new house. They even helped me roll up and throw a couple of old carpets which were very heavy out of a window. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thank you so much for making the move stress-free.
