Resolve Roofing fulfilled its commitment and ethos to inspect our roof by classifying repairs as essential, desirable and optional. For example, the existing degraded roof felt and battens at the eaves were completely removed and replaced with modern breathable membrane and treated battens where required. Also, most of the roof tiles removed – mostly for access to the felt and battens - were inspected and considered still in serviceable condition for reuse, so only a small number had to be replaced, thereby reducing overall costs. Other replaced items included the cement fillets within both valleys adjoining the dormer roof section, and the new lead flashings that provided durable and watertight seals where necessary. The very friendly scaffolding and roofing team were excellent and worked hard in the July 2026 heatwave. The project was very well managed with continuous update communications and delivered a high-quality result, within the budgeted time and cost estimate, that we are very pleased with. In conclusion, we would highly recommend Resolve Roofing for any major roof refurbishment project.
