Resst Construction built everything for us apart from the house facade. It was a knock down and rebuild, due to state of dilapidation The work was outstanding. I am very happy with the high quality finishes, inparticularly the plastering is really intricate and we've had great communication regarding snagging issues and these have been resolved We were also featured in a RIBA case study and our house has been used for photographs for a product catalogue

RESST undertook a full renovation of our Arts & Crafts period house, including demolition and reconstruction of our main living space. The house had new windows, wiring and plumbing throughout as well as a refresh of the roof. The team were excellent and hardworking throughout the entire project, and the final result was exactly what we had hoped for. Their attention to detail was impressive, as was their responsiveness to requests during the project and afterwards. Over twelve months, the team carried out a full renovation from top to bottom: a brand new roof, all new plumbing and electrics, replacement windows throughout, reconfigured internal walls, gym, utility room, and a two-bedroom extension that has genuinely transformed how the house is utilised. The outdoor spaces were given just as much attention, with both the front and rear gardens completely landscaped to a beautiful standard. Inside and out, the finish is outstanding. What really set this team apart was their communication and presence. We lived nearby and were able to pop in several times a week there was always someone on site, and they were always happy to talk through progress, answer questions, or discuss any changes. Nothing was too much trouble. We never felt like we were chasing updates or in the dark about what was happening. A twelve-month project of this scale can feel daunting, but they made it as smooth as something like this can possibly be. Our family is very happy in this home. Highly recommend without hesitation.
