About

Our showroom is at 322 Spring Road Ipswich IP4 5NL. We are open Tuesday to Friday 10am till 3pm and Saturday 10 am till 2 pm. We have been working with fireplaces for over 25 years. The bulk of our work today comprises the installation of wood-burning stoves and flue liners. We're also HETAS registered for the fitting of twin wall chimneys, where a property has no chimney, and rigid systems suitable for thatched cottages.

We sell and install a large range of gas fires and stoves suitable for fireplaces or properties with no chimneys. Our gas fitter is qualified for both natural gas and LPG installations.

You will find a good selection of state of the art electric fires and stoves that will delight you and a range of superb timber, marble and granite fireplaces.

We also sell bio-ethanol fires in many styles.

We sell premium kiln dried logs in small bags and bulk loads, kindling and fire lighters.

We sell all sorts of accessories and goodies for your fireplace enhancement and upkeep.

Fitting of marble plinth and wood burning stove with flue going through the wall. They covered the floor with cloths to protect the carpets and installed everything with no problems and cleaned all the mess before they left the same day. Very efficient. We have had a similar fire installed at our previous home with no problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

RFC Services were excellent from start to finish. John visited the house for a no-obligation quote and gave helpful advice throughout. While assessing the work, he spotted a missing chimney pot and kindly offered to return and fit a new one free of charge which he did. He was really helpful in suggesting stove options and different ways to make it work visually, and was also happy to order in a stove they didn't normally stock. The whole installation was completed in a day, and the team were impressively tidy they managed the dust really well when coring through the wall. The end result exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

After contacting RFC, John came to survey to install a log burner who was very friendly and professional answering all questions we put his way. Within a couple of weeks he came with his colleague Sean and installed based on my requirements. The work was completed to a very high standard, making sure and dust/mess was always kept to a minimum which I was pleased about as we had just had a wooden herringbone floor laid so was hyper concerned that didn't get scratched etc which is wasn't. He came back the next day to finish off with the ventilation followed by a demo and advice. Highly recommended
