We were really pleased with the work. Everything was great from start to finish. Russell's communications were first class - he always responded quickly, and provided many samples and examples for us, which was very helpful. He was always happy to discuss everything that was planned each day. He was punctual and hardworking. All the work was completed to a very high standard, and the completed paving has attracted lots of compliments from neighbours. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

First of all the initial response from to my enquiry, was fast and a visit was arranged. Russell is very energetic and enthusiastic, and although we already had a design, had plenty of helpful suggestions. His subsequent quotation again arrived promptly and was fully detailed. From accepting his quotation, we had quite a long wait before the job was commenced, but while we were waiting we received material samples and regular contact to advise the likely start date Our project took 6 weeks to complete (longer than originally anticipated) We were very pleased with the quality of work, the regular communication and positive attitude. We were constructing two new boundary walls so it was essential not to upset or inconvenience our neighbours. Russell and his "boys" were a pleasure to have around and I would have no hesitation in recommending them

We engaged RGE after seeing three trusted traders and we were delighted with our choice. Our project was the redevelopment of our sloping rear garden, where two existing patios were crumbling away, and replacement of paths and wall in the front garden. Russell Evans, the RGE Proprietor, was willing to take the job on, but given the complexity, advised us to seek professional design help. His recommended designer, Kevin Hosier, delivered a super design and supported the project throughout, including doing the soft planting at the end. Russell and his team did a first class job, both in delivering the design and in finding creative and cost effective solutions to any technical challenges that arose along the way, which added value to the design. The team were polite and helpful throughout and worked very hard over a six week period, including throughout an extremely wet fortnight, and the quality of workmanship was of a very high standard in everything they did. This included: removing all existing patios, walls, lawns and paths, landscaping the site with robust retaining walls, creating two new patios with a completely new set of lawns and borders for planting, and installing new gates and fencing. The project was completed on time and within the agreed budget. Our new garden has exceeded our expectations and attracted praise from friends and neighbors alike, several have taken RGE’s contact details for their own projects. We would recommend them unreservedly.
