The contract was to redecorate bedroom and bathroom. From our first contact Russell left a very favourable impression, he was friendly and easy to talk to and this continued throughout the course of the work. The work started on the day and at the promised time. Each morning his team arrived at the given time and worked hard, leaving the work space very clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble, the boys were polite and helpful at all times and did the work to a high standard. We were impressed with Russell's knowledge and obvious pride in his and his teams work. We are very pleased with the finished result especially the paper in the bedroom-I find myself keep going in the room just to admire it again and again, I am so pleased. I would have no hesitation in recommending his excellent workmanship and skill, his work ethic and friendly helpful manner. Well done Russell Rick and Alfie and thank you all so much for your hard work.

Russ and Rick did an excellent job of decorating my hallway. The work was completed to a very high standard and they were punctual and tidy. I am really pleased with their work and would definitely use them again.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Russ and the Team. Our mums house was left in a very awful state from tenants who smoked! Russ and his Team did an amazing job of helping us overcome this and we felt like we were in safe hands. We live in Cornwall so only met Russ once and we knew we wanted him to do the major refresh. He sent us update pictures and communicated with us on the job progress. He also went above and beyond when we found other jobs which needed completing such as replacing electrical sockets and Gas Safety certs! All in all just a n excellent, friendly team who did an amazing job of looking after our mums house and getting it back to its former self! Very reliable and went above and beyond to help us! From my meeting with Russ I knew he was the contractor for our 2 bed house renovation. Not only his knowledge but choice of materials and the different trades that were used were all second to none. Russ and team went above and beyond our expectations and the house once completed looked amazing. All the team were friendly and polite and gave great advice which made it all so easy, especially as we were over two hundred miles from the house. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use Russ again.

Russ and Ricky have done several rooms in our house over the past couple of weeks. Their work has been exceptional and they've been a pleasure to have around the house while they did the work. Cannot sing their praises high enough and would suggest them to anyone wanting a good job done!

Russ wallpapered 4 of our bathroom walls with in-built cabinets. It's quite a fiddly job as the pattern on the doors of the cabinets need to match up to the walls next to them. He did an absolutely beautiful job and the one that he did 4 years ago is still standing up to the test of time! Russ has great attention to detail, is very precise on his work and the wallpapered walls look like a work of art! Russ is responsive, reliable and also very clean and tidy. Top marks all round, and I personally wouldn't want to use anyone else!

Found RGM via online local search and cross checked with trade body website as well as read reviews online. From initial contact via text to visit to check out the job for quote, was impressed by Russ and Rick. They are both friendly and helpful. Quote was competitive, products used were good quality and they gave us help to choose our final paint colour. Work was carried out by Rick to high standard, on time and quickly from quote to being able to be on site. Site kept tidy and areas protected well. Will definitely use RGM again for other internal paint jobs in our house.

Russell is very professional, polite, clean and tidy. He communicated well prior to the job. Did a great job with the decorating. Just found it expensive but i have nothing to compare it to.

RGM recently decorated 6 rooms for us. This is not the first time they have completed work for us, having decorated 3 rooms last year. RGM were incredibly professional from start to finish. They worked very neatly and efficiently, ensuring that all furniture and flooring were protected. The finish that they achieved is completely flawless. They kept to the quote and finished the work in the agreed timescale, keeping us up-to-date throughout. We did not hesitate to leave our keys with RGM when we needed to go out. When necessary, they locked up and ensured that the house was secure before leaving. We cannot recommend RGM enough. We won’t be using anyone else.

We have used RGM previously for internal and external decorating and asked them to return when we had 3 rooms that needed redecoration. They were punctual, clean, tidy and efficient and the work was done to a very high standard. The work was done at a mutually agreed time and for the original estimate. We will be happy to call RGM again when we have further work to be done.
