From being rude, charging us for things that weren’t needed, leaving a ‘call us urgently’ message on a Friday night and then returning our call on a Monday… I feel this company should not be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

I've used Rhodes Plumbing for a number of jobs (scheduled and emergency) in SE London. They are great to deal with on the phone for bookings/admin and the plumber team is very friendly and professional. They provide good onward self-maintenance advice and options for the job. They are very capable, calm and attentive. Feels like you are in a safe pair of hands with them and that the job will run smoothly and to budget.

I found Rhodes plumbing on Google just after I moved into my flat and my boiler was not working. They calmly walked me through the issue over the phone for ten minutes and identified and sorted the problem – and didn't charge me anything for the advice. From then on I've booked them three times to service my boiler. Their engineers are reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. As a company, they really look out for their customers. I'm planning to get a new boiler in the next few years and change some of my radiators. No question: I'll be getting Rhodes plumbing to do the work.

Rhodes have been doing our boiler servicing in recent years. Their work has always been highly satisfactory. The engineer explains all the issues mostly clearly and offers options. We are impressed by his candour and his technical skills. All work was done neatly, promptly and our kitchen was left in nice clean condition. The cost of the service was entirely reasonable. I have been using Rhodes Plumbing and Heating for more than 12 years now, at two different addresses, which really speaks for itself. Appointments have been for both plumbing and heating during that time and are easy to make. I never have to wait too long. Dale has been nursing my elderly boiler for probably years past it's normal life and you are never being pushed into extra work or expense. Trying to sort a new heating engineer for my very elderly parents who like a warm house. I live 300 miles away from Croydon. Rhodes recommended by my daughter who also lives in Croydon. Very easy to book and appointments very quickly arranged. The engineer was very pleasant and friendly. Service was carried out efficiently and we are so glad that we have found a reliable heating engineer to keep my parents warm!

This is the first time I have used the services of Rhodes Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd. Booking was straightforward. I sent a message stating my issues and received a reply which included an appointment date of only a few days wait. I was in the process of changing a kitchen tap but had not completed the job. When the Engineer arrived I explained why and he offered to finish it; when that was done he then carried out a full service on the boiler. Great communicator, explained what he was doing and reason for doing so; all work comes with a guarantee The whole process was seamless from booking to job completion. Great service and I will pass on the company name to local family and friends.

I picked Rhodes Plumbing based on their good reviews, but you never really know. But I’ve now used them three times over the past year or so, To fix a leak, fit a shower pump and install a tap. Every time they have been professional, reliable, quick to respond and deal with the issue, helpful with advice, friendly and fairly priced. I’m so glad I found them, they are my go to from now on. I just need to find other tradespeople this good!

I have used Rhodes Plumbing for just over 3 years and I would 100% recommend them. Jon has been to our home a number of times to do the annual boiler service and has recently changed a radiator in our bathroom. He and his colleagues are very considerate when in the home, they are tidy and explain the work they are doing and what they have found. I wouldnt even bother looking for another company - these guys are good at what they do and very knowledgable and competent.

Our boiler lost pressure due to a leak in our towel rail in the bathroom. This was quickly resolved however he diligently tested the heating thoroughly. He also fixed a long-standing noisy radiator! Great friendly service. Have used Rhodes several times now and they are our go-to guys.

Always great service from Rhodes plumbing. We’ve had both boiler servicing and replacement parts for broken toilets and radiator. The toilets required more work than originally quotes for but he still got it all sorted without charging any extra and even shifted the positioning of the toilet (which the original builders has put in a weird spot). Really trustworthy and helpful.
