Dale has looked after our boiler for the last few years. He is absolutely brilliant and we feel we’re in safe hands…..he gives good sensible advice and his workmanship is great. The whole team at Rhodes Plumbing are wonderful, efficient and incredibly helpful. We think they’re a wonderful company.

I contacted Rhodes for a Boiler service on my Vaillant boiler that was installed by another plumber over lockdown. Dale arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout. Unfortunately, he found a couple of safety issues with the last boiler installation which I have booked them to sort for me soon. I’d used Rhodes before lockdown but had to get someone else for an emergency leak through the kitchen ceiling from an upstairs toilet and for the boiler replacement during this time as they were not available. I have confidence in them, find them professional and trust them to do the right thing. The customer service and communication is friendly and efficient.They are quick to respond.

Our leaking Tap was efficiently repaired by Jon and time was saved by checking Prior to arriving if parts were available locally calls-which was much appreciated. He also fitted a Water Filter under kitchen sink.

I have had Dale about 4 times now for a variety of plumbing jobs. He is always friendly, reliable, and keeps his appointments. On this occasion, he had to replace a worn ballcock valve in the cold water tank in the loft. He came as arranged and did a swift and efficient job. I would certainly recommend him.

Our boiler stopped working. Dale tried to repair it unsuccessfully. He then rapidly scheduled us in to replace the boiler. He did not charge for parts that he would be able to re-use elsewhere. He obviously knows what he is doing as a heating engineer and plumber. He worked hard and with skill and completed the job in a timely way. He worked cleanly and cleared up after himself. His charges were appropriate for the work done, with no sense of our being over-charged. I would thoroughly recommend his work to other people. We will use him again for other plumbing work.

Dale replaced our emersion heater element and wash basin taps + waste. Tidy, efficient and courteous. We have previously used Rhodes for central heating; radiator replacement; very good service.

I have used Rhodes plumbing for a number of years of years . I have a boiler that has been problematic since we moved in a number of years ago as the system was not properly designed for the purpose, but to put in a new system would involve the disruption and cost that we do not want to undertake. Rhodes plumbing recognise our dilemma and have always given us the best advice trying to find ways to minimise cost but providing the best service. I have always trusted their advice and have recommended them to other friends who like me have been really impressed with their reliability and service and in turn recommend them to others.

The engineer arrived late with no apology The first thing he said was I wish I wasn’t here in front of of 3 people, then said it again when flooring was taken up, he made more unnecessary and wrong comments about basic standard work practice, the customer care was poor and unprofessional. An poor attitude from the start Very disappointing service and not value for money I would not recommend them

Had a complicated gas leak issue and they repaired it. Really pleased with their professionalism and honesty (took less time than they'd estimated so charged me less). No complaints!

Plumber Jon resolved water hammer problem involving neighbouring flats, replacing faulty valve and part of pipe. He took care and time to explain clearly what was needed and work was done on time and to budget. It was easy to contact them through their helpful co ordinator Loren at the office. I had used Rhodes for smaller plumbing jobs before this and always found them trustworthy, helpful and reliable. Delighted to have found them and happy to recommend them.

I have used Rhodes Plumbing & Heating Ltd a number of times over the past 3 years - and would highly recommend them. They were recommended to me by my neighbour how also had a good experience with them. In 2022, Dale successfully located an underfloor leak (with minimal disruption), and installed new surface mounted piping to solve the issue. He has also serviced my boiler annually since 2022 - and last year in 2024, replaced my 12+ yr old boiler which sadly packed up, with a new Worchester Bosch combi boiler which has worked brilliantly. It's delightfully quiet and really efficient. Dale and his team have always communicated brilliantly with me - and helped make a stressful plumbing situation (the aforementioned underfloor leak) much easier to deal with. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and transparent - giving me great explanations of everything so I feel I can make an informed decision - which is much appreciated. Dale has always been considerate in the way he works - leaving everything refreshingly clean - and has made me feel like I'm in safe hands. I also feel the pricing is fair - having shopped around prior to using them.
