The previous kitchen wasn’t that old but we wanted something more modern with better storage and appliance options. We knew what basic layout we wanted but Daniel used his knowledge and experience to produce an outstanding design. We had a detailed installation schedule and all the other tradespeople were organised for us. The delivery team, fitters, electrician and decorator all worked brilliantly together – all we did was sit back and watch it all happen. Special shout-out to Simon who did an immaculate job with the installation. The whole experience was very professional throughout and we absolutely love our new kitchen. We would have no hesitation going back to R&R when we are ready for a new bathroom!

We are extremely impressed with our new kitchen. The old kitchen was completely ripped out, including the 50 year old Aga. The kitchen was fully rewired for all electrics and all walls and ceilings replastered. The designer came up with a layout that we had not previously considered and it provides much more space than before. We were given with a detailed programme for all the different tradesmen and it all went exactly to plan. All of the tradesmen were very hardworking, efficient, friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. The standard of all of the workmanship and attention to detail was second to none - they worked long hours. The cabinets are very well made and the quartz worktops and splashbacks are awesome. We would not hesitate to fully recommend R & R for any project.

We have recently had a full kitchen refit and a downstairs toilet remodelled. We met Daniel in the showroom and started to discuss options with him. He was so helpful and knowledgeable coming up with ideas and made the whole process run smoothly. He was never pushy and listened to our thoughts and added his expertise. Laurence and Simon fitted the kitchen and toilet and their professionalism and workmanship was second to none. The whole team was excellent at explaining the process and the next steps and ensuring everything was as it should be. The additional tradesmen (plasterer, electrician and flooring guys) were also first class and you could tell they had been employed due to their excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. All in all it has been a positive experience from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody!

We recently had a bedroom fitted by R&R and we are absolutely delighted with the final result. Ben designed the bedroom and project-managed the whole process. He was professional, friendly and quick to respond to any queries we had. He also thoughtfully incorporated our bedroom extension into the final design, which worked perfectly. The team working on the project — Simon, Rik and Lawrence — were all friendly, respectful and incredibly skilled. Their workmanship was excellent and they were a pleasure to have in our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend R&R.

We’d been talking about doing a full bathroom makeover for a while, and we actually stumbled across R&R completely by chance while visiting another local business. From our very first meeting with Daniel right through to the final touches, the whole experience was smooth, organised, and genuinely stress-free. Our old bathroom needed everything — new floors, new walls, new electrics… basically a full rip-out and rebuild from scratch. The team took it all in their stride. They worked incredibly hard, kept us updated at every stage, and their attention to detail was second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer questions or talk us through the next steps. I honestly can’t recommend R&R highly enough. If you’re even considering a bathroom renovation, go and have a chat with them. Their showroom has a fantastic range of styles and products to choose from, and one of the best parts of the process was the 3D visuals they create — it really helps you picture exactly how your finished bathroom will look. We’re absolutely delighted with the result.

Amazing from start to finish ! We wanted to update our tired bathroom & separate toilet and combine the 2 rooms . Ben was fantastic in the design process . So patient and also ensured that we stayed within our budget . Visiting the showroom in the Mill is also brilliant as you can see the products and tiles etc Ben also project managed the whole process and Laurence our fitter together with the team of plasterers /electricians and tilers were first class !! Nothing is too much trouble , apart from the noise - you wouldn’t know they were in your house ! We first used R&R a few years ago to refit our kitchen and the experience was so positive we were never going to consider anyone else when we decided to upgrade our bathroom. The whole experience from beginning to end is very positive. Nothing is too much trouble there is no rush or pressure their attention to detail and workmanship is excellent, Rick fitted our bathroom with support from an electrician and plumber who helped resolve some minor issue with the radiator, everyone was a pleasure to deal with the job runs to time and they always come when they say they will. Not cheap but worth every penny, would recommend them without hesitation, and we will use them again if we need more work done.

We bought a property and had our bathroom renovated and ripped back to brick, turning two rooms into one. We called Richard and Richard’s and booked in for an appointment at their showroom, which was a really nice experience, they were never pushy and gave us all the time in the world to make decisions and choose styles, and nothing was ever too much effort for them. They made us quite a few designs as we’re very picky, and eventually we settled on a design. Ben was our Project Manager, along with Rick who did most of the work along with the rest of their team. Everything was managed by Ben, there was zero stress on our side and everything just got done without us ever having to ask what’s next. We had a brand new freestanding bath, toilet, walk in shower with an alcove for shelving, and a floating sink basin with the controls and taps all coming out from the wall. All new spotlights, tiles, flooring and mirror with lighting built in. I cannot recommend them enough, the whole project was done within the time they quoted, and well within the budget we requested. You’re given a very detailed itemised invoice before work begins so you can really figure out what’s costing what, and decide if you want to make any changes. Rick who did most of our installation was excellent and has a very keen eye for detail. Every little thing is essentially perfect, even down to the silicone around the bath and shower. Ben was excellent too and their service all around was perfect.

We had our bathroom completely remodelled with R&R. It took less time than was stated in the beginning and cost less money than was initially budgeted. From the initial contact, designing the bathroom to actually fitting - everybody who contributed to the job was consistently excellent. There is nothing to worry about with R&R - they will take the upmost care with the work. We are overjoyed with the work they've done for us.

Richard and Richard’s were great from start to finish. The planning stage with Daniel was great. It was straightforward and any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered. Timescales were clear and adhered to in terms of project start date and end date. The team always turned up at the times they said they would and were always friendly, courteous and professional. They always cleared up at the end of each day. I was particularly impressed at how hard the team worked, especially Laurence who was here most days. I am very pleased with my new bathroom and absolutely recommend this company.
