When contacted, made an appointment for the following day. Arrived during the stated timeframe, and assessed the work required quickly, offering it be carried out immediately, or at any other convenient time. I chose immediately, and was delighted with the fast and efficient manner in which the shower switch was replaced. I would certainly use again and recommend.

I contacted Richmond Services through Which? Trusted Traders and was pleased I did. A couple of immersion heater switches needed replacing. Patrick is an experienced tradesman and provided an excellent service in a timely manner. He is ably assisted by Tracy who deals efficiently with the admin.
