Patrick backed by Tracey in the office did excellent work for us this summer. He changed a single lighting point in our lounge into eight spotlights. This involved cutting a lot of access points between rafters then infilling them with plasterboard. Patrick did this so neatly and carefully we couldn't see where the work was done and that was before the decorating. He also put up anti-pigeon spikes on our roof, going up very high indeed to get access. Administration and communication were great throughout. Well worth the price!

We originally had Patrick from Richmond Services over to undertake a full report on the electrics at our home. He did a very thorough job and explained his recommendations to us in a way we could understand. Patrick then came back to correct any issues that were found, as well as changing the consumer unit, adding new sockets, changing light switches and fitting new lights. All services were completed to an exceptional standard and our house was left clean and tidy. I have used Richmond for many years now, wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to electrical work. The booking system is efficient and you get given an actual date and time for your work. Excellent service and work completed thoroughly and to our complete satisfaction. Guttering needed to be cleaned out, seals replaced and checked for level as flow was not good in one place. Really pleased and have no hesitation in recommending. Will most definitely use again and for any other jobs which come up.

I contacted Richmond Services to fit a home charger for an electric vehicle. I called on a Tuesday and was promised an initial visit on the Thursday. Patrick arrived as scheduled, made his assessment and talked us through the art of the possible. The next day the quote arrived. We validated our requirements with Tracey (very responsive) including the fact that we wanted the installation to take place before the cut off for the Government grant. An installation date was set. Patrick arrived as schedule and set to work. The completed job is very neat and Patrick was very professional throughout. Follow up was as slick as the start and the final invoice arrived within 48hrs. We cannot fault this service and have already started compiling a list of other jobs to invite Richmond Services back to do!

Work was completed on time and I would certainly recommend the company. Job site was left in a very clean state and I am very satisfied with the result.

My dealings with Richmond Services has been a positive one. Tracy's communications have been prompt and professional and Patrick arrived at the agreed date and time on both visits to my home. The quote given was the agreed price on completion of the job. Patrick was able to reduce the creaking floorboards greatly, with only very slight remaining but this was due to pipework being directly underneath. I needed a couple of relatively short jobs doing - replacing a bathroom extractor fan and putting a new socket in an understairs area. Richmonds got back to me quickly - and how often does that happen? - came round to assess the quote when they said they would, and then did an excellent job in a fast time. Richmond services did the electrical installation and full testing for the extension on our property dovetailing in perfectly with other trades. They were punctual, meticulous and professional at all times and their communications were excellent. The work was completed on time and within budget and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We had a socket not working and a recently installed hob needed wiring up (I thought the kitchen fitters did that when fitting the worktop but apparently not). We therefore needed a swift response and Patrick was able to call round that same afternoon so that we had the hob working before the Easter holidays.

Various electrical works were carried out in our house. Patrick gave us a good estimate and arranged a time and date to carry out the work. He arrived on time and carried out the work. At all times he was very polite and courteous and tidy. He did a good job, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and using him in the future.

We have used Richmond Services for a variety of jobs, and on this occasion, as before, have been very pleased with the work Mr Richmond has done. He is generous with his time and advice, and is willing to ' go the extra mile', as when finding time during the recent job to complete for us a more challenging electrical installation. We would highly recommend him, and his wife, who looks after the administrative arrangements, and would not hesitate to use Richmond Services again.

A simple job requiring the replacement of the heating element of a towel rail. We have now used Patrick four times on tasks of varied complexity. That, in itself, shows how good he must be. He was originally recommended to us by an elderly neighbour who was hugely impressed and grateful for his positive approach and willingness to go above and beyond the originally-quoted job. He is a delightful chap whom we recommend in the strongest possible terms. You won’t find a better one!
