We contacted Jim who promptly came round, assessed the work and gave us a highly competitive quote. However, the reasons we chose Rimmer Roofing were because the business has been established for many years and Jim has extensive experience in the roofing industry also he is a member of Which trusted traders and has great reviews. The work was started in January and finished in February. Jim was professional at all times. He kept us informed of progress and was very helpful throughout. The working area was kept immaculately clean and tidy at all times and never resembled a building site. The finish on the roof is superb and one can see that Jim always takes great pride in his work. The work was completed within budget and nothing was added on to the price. Indeed he also fixed a damp patch on an external wall, removed some unnecessary aerials from the roof and some vegetation growing on the chimney. Overall I would say that if you are looking for a reliable, honest, great value roofer who offers excellent quality look no further.

We have found it difficult to find a tradesman willing to do relatively minor repairs to the valley of our roof. James replied to our enquiry and took time to assess the roof. He explained what he thought needed to be done without trying to persuade us to have more extensive work done. He completed the repairs as he said he would, for a very reasonable price. We found him to be reliable, helpful and thorough.

Had our whole roof retiled recently by Rimmer Roofing and Renovations. This was done to the agreed budget. Bad weather meant that they couldn't carry on work on some days, but this was communicated to us and the team were apologetic (even though it wasn't something they could control). They were always courteous. They swept our driveway before leaving every night and kept everywhere tidy, which was very much appreciated! Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

1) Sensible keen price with no extra's. 2) Property well kept, not like a building site whilst job was done. 3) All items and property kept secure, clean and tidy at all times. 4) Kept informed of progress against time plan at end of each day. 5) Despite some awful weather, works were always kept to overall schedule. 6) Job has proven to be excellent after some atrocious rain and winds to which our property location is subject to. 7) The roof looks superb and has all the nice finishing touches after 9 months of good service.
