Our shower thermostat malfunctioned - Jamie attended several times to access, analyse and fix the problem, which was difficult as the shower fitting is no longer manufactured. He was patient and persistent and courteous throughout. First class service!

Decided to come away from a Boiler maintenance plan that was doubling in price every two years and look to build a new relationship with a local supplier. RLA Heating Ltd have just completed an annual service providing clear communication before and during the visit and provided full documentation immediately following. Work was explained clearly and area left clean and tidy. I would recommend.

He was incredibly professional, friendly, and kept everything immaculately clean and tidy throughout the work. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of the job is spot on. Recently had Jamie from RLA Heating come out to repair my boiler after two other engineers had been unable to diagnose the fault. Jamie quickly identified the problem and got everything working again. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and polite throughout the visit. He took the time to explain what was wrong and clearly knew exactly what he was talking about. He also worked in a very clean and tidy manner, leaving everything spotless when the job was finished. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jamie and RLA Heating to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy heating engineer. Excellent service from start to finish!
