I would highly recommend RLS. We had an issue with our heating over the Christmas period and got a plumber to come over from another company who was unable to fix it and basically was saying we needed a new boiler (although ours was only 5 years old) So we called RLS - not only did Ryan come over to assess the situation, due to us having no heating he arranged for one of his team to come within a couple of days. They fixed the issue and explained it all to me for my to understand what the problem was. They fixed it and I did not require a new boiler. Thank you RLS for the great service we received

From the moment we met Ryan to discuss our requirements, to when Kane and Brayden arrived to fit our new bathroom, they all inspired us with confidence. Ryan provided us with some suggestions and advice, which was always backed up with clear reasoning. Danielle in the office was always quick to reply to our queries in a very friendly and efficient manner. Like no doubt many other people looking to get their bathroom refurbished, we simply did our research and looked at reviews, as a complete bathroom refurbishment is not a small undertaking, and we were not left disappointed. Kane and Brayden’s attention to detail was top notch and second to none. I am not a massive fan of having tradespeople in my home, but we felt extremely comfortable with Kane and Brayden, who clearly knew their stuff, cleaned up well and provided progress updates at the end of each day. A very good experience having my bathroom replaced by RLS Plumbing and Heating Services. The workmen were very professional and extremely courteous. They cleaned up after themselves every day and then talked me through what they had done and were hoping to get done the next day. I was very impressed with the standard and very happy with my bathroom.

Probably my 8th time now using RLS Plumbing and as always I’m a very satisfied customer. I am carrying out my own bathroom renovation and when lifting the floor boards I discovered a mess of old pipes and poorly functioning waste pipes. RLS attended and replaced all the copper piping whilst also installing the first fix for a concealed shower valve and bath spout, they also Installed shut off valves to all points so that in future if I had a leak it was easy to isolate. The waste pipe to old sink and bath were re- run correctly so that I had the right fall which will stop the sink and bath backing up. Again the job was left clean and tidy, a bonus was the guy who carried out the works offered some great advice on an alternative solution to where the concealed shower valves could be located and would be more practical as opposed to directly under the shower head where is was originally going to install them, also the shut off valves where his idea too. I would highly Recommend RLS Plumbing and have done to many friends and family. A star service !!!

RLS have been our preferred supplier for all plumbing tasks, bathroom and cloakroom fits and re-fits for a number of years and here is another example of why. We had no hot water or heating on the evening of Sunday 16th June we contacted Ryan that evening and he responded that night. He personally attended on Monday 17th to diagnose the problem and then shifted work around to accommodate fixing the issue the very next day. RLS provide a first rate service which is competitively priced and is always professionally undertaken. We've had them in to fix leaks, replace bathroom suites and re-model an ensuite which included managing other trades and services. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and personally don't look any further when plumbing services are required.
