Mike fitted a new boiler 6 years ago, moving it from kitchen to airing cupboard, having patiently explained all aspects , and has since serviced it annually. Mike came to service the Worcester Bosch boiler he fitted exactly a year ago today. Mike always provides a first-class service. The boiler has been excellent, reliable, and very economical.

Mike Blake installed a new boiler, as well as relocating it from the attic to the ground floor. From his first visit to assess the job , through to completion of the work, his approach was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able and was prepared to spend time answering any questions with ease and ensured that I was able to select a boiler and thermostat that suited my needs. I received a clear, detailed estimate prior to agreeing to the work, which was carried out to time and budget. The work being completed in one day. Mike proved himself to be clean, diligent and very efficient and focused in his work . He gave me a detailed and patient walk-through of the use of the boiler and the thermostat on completion of the installation. When I developed an issue with one radiator a day or so later, Mike responded immediately to bleed the radiator and ensure that everything was in good working order. I shall definitely be using Mike for future plumbing work.

Mike was doing a job for a relative and out of the blue I asked if he could quote to replace my ageing combi boiler - he called up later that afternoon and although short notice, Mike supplied a favourable quote and we set up an appointment for the work. Communications with Mike were excellent and the work carried out was to a very high professional standard and without an issues. Mike Blake has just serviced my Worcester Boiler and has done so since he installed it for me in 2022. He is very reliable, professional and courteous and I highly recommend him. Mike replaced our old boiler two years ago and we were very impressed with his skill and knowledge. He suggested an alternative installation to one proposed by another tradesman and we have been delighted with the outcome. Contacted Mike because had a boiler that had gone down and was looking for a swift resolution for the tenants. Mike was very knowledgeable on the phone and I felt like my side of the situation was heard and then Mike was able to explain and advise me the best course of action. We ended up going for a new boiler and given the urgent nature of the issue, Mike was thankfully able to juggle some jobs to get the new boiler installed quickly. He also was able to advise and overcome an issue with the location of the flue, which was much appreciated. Overall, a top contractor who we will happily use again for our houses if the need arises.

Mike was really prompt when responding to my request for a quote, he gave good advice enabling me to make an informed decision about whether to go ahead with the work. He gave gave a clear estimate, and agreed on a date to do the work. I felt the price was very competitive, and was happy to proceed. He arrived on the day agreed, and completed the work efficiently and on time. He tried not to cause excessive disruption, and he actually covered all the carpets in his working areas, and unlike many other trades I have had in, took great care not to make a terrible mess when drilling through walls. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to have plumbing or heating work done.

Michael had put a new boiler in for Mum in her old home and the boiler was excellent. Mum moved into a new home and the boiler wasn’t working, so we phoned Michael, as Mum is in her 80s, with no heating or hot water. Michael came round the next day and condemned the boiler, which was supposed to have been serviced in May, which couldn’t have been, the very poor state and dangerous condition, he came the next week, very thoughtful, clean tidy and a very pleasant man. Would recommend.

Mike carried out the annual Worcester Combi Boiler service today with his usual courtesy, cleanliness and efficiency. No complaints. He fitted the combi, 9 years ago - and has carried out the annual service each time.

I can see why RM Blake has 10/10 with 325 reviews on checkatrade. I was left last Thursday without hot water after my old boiler broke down and was unrepairable. Mike came to my home straight away and gave me a quote and a date to fit a new boiler. Mike replaced my old boiler with a new worcester bosch and the service Mike provided has been exceptional. Was on time,everything done to such a high standard, home left spotless afterwards inside and out. Can't recommend enough.

Needed bath taps changed for shower mixer taps, probably a small job, but access wasn't that good. Contacted R M Blake who replied, discussed the job, arranged a date. He came on time, got on with the job very efficiently. Clearly experienced and knowledgeable. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Mike returned today to service the combi boiler he fitted a year ago. We have found him to be knowledgeable and skilled in his work, punctual and pleasant. He returns messages promptly and completes his work quickly and efficiently. We will not hesitate is using him again when the need arises.

My boiler broke down at the start of the week. I contacted Mike by a recommendation from a friend. He checked my boiler and explained that it was beyond repair as it was 17 years old. As we had no heating or hot water Mike said he would fit a replacement asap he even worked extra hours on his previously booked work to fit me in . Had a new Boiler fitted today by Mike of RM Blake Plumbing. The boiler, an extended flue and outside tap were all fitted in a day. Mike arrived on time and the standard of his work was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

I required two towel radiators replacing, read reviews for RM Blake and decided to give them a call. I wasn’t disappointed, friendly, knowledgeable team and excellent service from start to end. Installed a new combi boiler to replace an old system boiler, whilst relocating from kitchen to bathroom. Worked diligently from start to finish in a single day, over ten hours due to the state of our old system. They explained everything including the workings of the new boiler and completed to the estimate. Would highly recommend.
