Have used Robbie in the past so didn’t hesitate to contact him again when we desperately needed a new boiler. He arranged this at very short notice and carried out the work to his usual high standard. I can’t recommend Robbie highly enough. The cost was exactly as he had quoted, work was neat and tidy, and Robbie is always polite, professional and pleasant to deal with.

Robbie came to see what needed doing with our toilet. He was back in a few days and quickly resolved our problem. His work is neat and tidy, and you know you can trust and rely on him. Would definitely use his services again. Highly rated 👌.

Robbie's work comes highly recommended and he does not disappoint. He is very patient during the planning process, and will spend time making sure that the customer gets exactly what they want. He is extremely knowledgeable and will make suggestions and alterations, if he feels it will improve the finished product. He takes full responsibility for the completion of the project, liasing and co ordinating the other tradesmen. He always keeps the customer informed. He is very puncutual, polite and professional. I am delighted with my new ensuite and would have no hesitation in employing him again.

Installed new boiler and replaced hot water tank. Although the work was extensive, there was minimal disruption and mess. He was very particular and careful, and kept us informed at all times what he was doing. He made the process as stress-free as it could have been, and we are pleased with the result. Everything was left clean and tidy as if he had never been there! He left us with careful instructions on the use of our new boiler. Very pleased altogether.

Robbie and his 'team' did a great job with my complete bathroom refit. All was done on time and on budget despite some complications with my 1902 house. Robbie was recommended by a friend in the village of West Linton. The recommendation was "spot on"...reliable, helpful, and efficient. The quote wasn't the cheapest but we went on the recommendation and once the start date was confirmed, Robbie and joiner, Colin, worked steadily for two-and-half days to remove our old bath and replace with a walk-in power shower complete with grab rails, fit wet-wall panels, fit ceiling panels and replace ceiling fan and light. We were grateful for the advice provided and the pleasant and considerate approach to the work undertaken to complete the project on time and on budget. We are very happily enjoying the improvement. We would certainly recommend Robbie Dick without hesitation.

We contacted Robbie Dick after recommendation from friends and reading excellent reviews online. Our bathroom needed upgrading, new tiles on floor and walls, and shower unit replacing bath. Robbie supplied us with brochures and after several helpful discussions about layout etc we felt confident enough to go ahead. Now the work is complete, well within the estimated timeline, we are very happy with the end result! Robbie and his team arrived promptly each morning, they kept us informed at each stage of the work, cleaned up as they went along, so minimal disruption, and most importantly their work has a high quality of finish.
