Robbie was recommended by a friend in the village of West Linton. The recommendation was "spot on"...reliable, helpful, and efficient. The quote wasn't the cheapest but we went on the recommendation and once the start date was confirmed, Robbie and joiner, Colin, worked steadily for two-and-half days to remove our old bath and replace with a walk-in power shower complete with grab rails, fit wet-wall panels, fit ceiling panels and replace ceiling fan and light. We were grateful for the advice provided and the pleasant and considerate approach to the work undertaken to complete the project on time and on budget. We are very happily enjoying the improvement. We contacted Robbie Dick after recommendation from friends and reading excellent reviews online. Our bathroom needed upgrading, new tiles on floor and walls, and shower unit replacing bath. Robbie supplied us with brochures and after several helpful discussions about layout etc we felt confident enough to go ahead. Now the work is complete, well within the estimated timeline, we are very happy with the end result! Robbie and his team arrived promptly each morning, they kept us informed at each stage of the work, cleaned up as they went along, so minimal disruption, and most importantly their work has a high quality of finish.

Robbie and his team came to fit a walk-in shower and remove my existing bath. Robbie arrived on time and took into consideration my husband's illness and worked quietly and neatly with no mess made. Nothing was a problem even when the shower tray we had chosen turned out not to be suitable he rectified the issue instantly without any hassle. Having used Robbie before to replace our central heating system, he was our first choice to upgrade our bathroom by replacing the bath with a walk-in shower including new wall panels, flooring and an updated toilet. As usual he took care to review the options available and advise on the appropriate choices during visits to the premises. Once the quotation was accepted, Robbie agreed a timetable to fit in with our schedule. The work started and completed on time and the final invoice was as agreed in the quotation. Robbie spent a great deal of time helping plan my new bathroom. He was very patient, making several visits to discuss the design. Once we had agreed the quotation, Robbie provided a start date and he turned up as planned. He is very punctual and extremely tidy. The area was left clean at the end of the day, dust sheets removed and carpets hoovered. He liased with all the other trades who were needed, and with careful planning all the work was completed on time. The quality of Robbie's work is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We had a boiler moved and replaced, a new gas pipe fitted and a clear out of the old boiler pipes etc. not only was Robbie extremely professional he went above and beyond to get all aspects of the heating system right.he was so clean and tidy I didn’t even need to clean afterwards. Everything was explained and we felt in safe hands. The work was all neat and tidy. And the hive heating system was sorted after Robbie stayed on to sort out with us. Robbie Dick and his colleagues have completed a wonderful renovation of our bathroom, stripping out the old one & fitting a new, updated one. Everything has been done with care & precision by all involved - plumbing, carpentry, electrics & tiling. We are very happy with the quality of all aspects of the work - timing, care and tidiness of everyone including the removal of the rubbish. All aspects of the work and instructions on use, were carefully and clearly explained. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would certainly highly recommend this company.
