Robbie Dick and his colleagues have completed a wonderful renovation of our bathroom, stripping out the old one & fitting a new, updated one. Everything has been done with care & precision by all involved - plumbing, carpentry, electrics & tiling. We are very happy with the quality of all aspects of the work - timing, care and tidiness of everyone including the removal of the rubbish. All aspects of the work and instructions on use, were carefully and clearly explained. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would certainly highly recommend this company.

Robbie is very professional. He is punctual, tidy and very polite. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job on time. He is extremely knowledgeable but involves you in all the decision making. With his help you feel you can make an informed decision. The price is as quoted. In preparation for a kitchen refit we had our boiler replaced and relocated to the garage. Having previously used Robbie for bathroom work we had no hesitation in booking again, and, as before, the service and quality of work was excellent. At quote Robbie listened to our plans and explained how he would suggest completing the job, providing a quote and outlining timescale. Everything was done in Robbie's usual tidy and careful fashion, on time and as per quote - he is fastidious about his work and takes pride in a job done well. Once again we would highly recommend.

Robbie had previously done work for us including a very tricky shower installation so we trusted Robbie to do a good job when we needed a new central heating system installed. He discussed at length our options and our priorities (we want to move to a low carbon system asap) before designing and quoting for the job. Robbie arrived when he said he would, tidied up as he did the job, worked to minimise the impact on our daily routines. He was very careful to minimise the disruption made so that on completion we were left with mainly minor decoration needed. We were made fully aware of work that had to be done to gain access to pipes etc at each stage. Work was completed within the time allocated and at the cost quoted. Robbie has advised on the best way to use the new system and has helped with any outstanding questions quickly. We have no hesitation in recommending Robbie into your home to carry out any job including a big job such as the one he did for us.

We had a combi boiler fitted and the pipe work replaced by Robbie. We are very pleased with the work which was carried to high professional standard. Due to old pipes etc the installation was not always straightforward but Robbie ensured that the best solution was found for us even though it was more time consuming for himself. Robbie was hard working, knowledgeable, a very tidy worker and was willing to discuss progress and answer questions or concerns. Robbie was keen to ensure that the work was carried to our satisfaction and gave assurances that he could be contacted if we had any concerns. We would thoroughly recommend Robbie and would not hesitate to use him again.

Robbie fitted a new boiler and radiators a year ago (great job done), therefore we had no hesitation in contacting him to completely refurbish two bathrooms within our property. Initially he viewed the bathrooms and gave ideas/thoughts on how they could be improved. Robbie and his team always arrived on time and worked tirelessly to complete both, more importantly they kept our property tidy and always cleaned up at the end of every day. Both jobs were completed within the timesscales and price quoted. I would always recommend him.

Robbie helped us out last year at short notice to deal with a leak from a shower pump. I was impressed by him and we discussed the possibility of relocating the shower pump and he suggested a different type of pump would be appropriate. We decided to go ahead with the work this year; Robbie came round for a full inspection and then sent us a detailed quote itemising all of the necessary work. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Robbie arrived early on the appointed day and began by laying dust sheets throughout. During the work we were advised of any disruptions to the water services, which were kept to a minimum. Robbie was considerate and always left things clean and tidy. I can only offer the highest praise for the completed job. I would not hesitate to contact him in the event of any other plumbing work being needed, and I whole heartedly recommend his services.

Despite being as busy as any of the other plumbers I called when we had burst pipes, Robbie was the only one prepared to come out and help, in the evening after full days work on another job. Since then, he has successfully replaced our boiler and hot and cold water tanks, which were all on last legs. He is honest and friendly and very helpful with his advice and time, which hasn't always been charged. He fitted our job in around an already full schedule which was very much appreciated, and he's always been at the end of the phone whenever I've called with queries and guidance needed. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

First class service from start to finish Robbie is friendly, helpful and provided very high quality work. He took on board the needs for replacing our central heating boiler plus our concern the disruption the work would create in our home. We are getting on in years and the thought of the work was causing us much anxiety. From the moment he arrived to give an estimate he took our concerns on board and explained the options which were available plus answered our many questions clearly. We were impressed with his depth of knowledge. Robbie was very punctual and arrived when he said he would and tidied up at the end of the day. Cannot praise him highly enough.
