Robbie helped us out last year at short notice to deal with a leak from a shower pump. I was impressed by him and we discussed the possibility of relocating the shower pump and he suggested a different type of pump would be appropriate. We decided to go ahead with the work this year; Robbie came round for a full inspection and then sent us a detailed quote itemising all of the necessary work. The work was carried out to a very high standard. Robbie arrived early on the appointed day and began by laying dust sheets throughout. During the work we were advised of any disruptions to the water services, which were kept to a minimum. Robbie was considerate and always left things clean and tidy. I can only offer the highest praise for the completed job. I would not hesitate to contact him in the event of any other plumbing work being needed, and I whole heartedly recommend his services.

Despite being as busy as any of the other plumbers I called when we had burst pipes, Robbie was the only one prepared to come out and help, in the evening after full days work on another job. Since then, he has successfully replaced our boiler and hot and cold water tanks, which were all on last legs. He is honest and friendly and very helpful with his advice and time, which hasn't always been charged. He fitted our job in around an already full schedule which was very much appreciated, and he's always been at the end of the phone whenever I've called with queries and guidance needed. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

First class service from start to finish Robbie is friendly, helpful and provided very high quality work. He took on board the needs for replacing our central heating boiler plus our concern the disruption the work would create in our home. We are getting on in years and the thought of the work was causing us much anxiety. From the moment he arrived to give an estimate he took our concerns on board and explained the options which were available plus answered our many questions clearly. We were impressed with his depth of knowledge. Robbie was very punctual and arrived when he said he would and tidied up at the end of the day. Cannot praise him highly enough. Robbie, and contractors he partners with, offer the ideal behaviour from any trade - he worked on our house and with new showers and fittings as if it were his own, taking great care and pride in getting the job done to an exceptionally high standard. In all aspects of work Robbie and team were very professional and although it sounds minor we appreciated their always keeping the work as tidy as possible and cleaning up daily - indicative of a caring attitude, high standards and good customer service. We had a new water tank installed and two bathrooms fully refitted - one a difficult (small) en-suite which was handled without fuss and cleverly delivered. From the initial quote visit Robbie was very helpful and everything has gone according to plan, on schedule and on budget (as quoted). We are very pleased with the job, both bathrooms exceed our expectations, and grateful to Robbie for the advice and service we received - thank you, we highly recommend.

Completely refitted my bathroom, including shower, toilet and sink. Replaced whole floor and all four walls to a quality finish plus fitted a heated towel rail. All work was carried out in a professional manor taking into account my neighbours and all areas they worked in where left cleaner than they were to start with. They have left me with a bathroom I love. Would definitely recommend.

Robbie was Extremely Pleasant, Friendly, Very Respectful and Professional. He took his time to explain the New Heating system. Tuesday morning I found water coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called our emergency insurance provider who assured me they'd send out a plumber that day to diagnose the issue and stop the leak. The guy that turned up, all he was missing was a stetson, absolute waste of time took a quick look around said it could be a number of things then left. I called the insurer again to complain at their lack of help they sent out another plumber on the Wednesday this guy was somehow worse. I have two young kids and a collapsing ceiling and a constant leak of water for days is very stressful where no end is in sight. Lucky for me I read Robbie's name online as a very well recommended tradesman. Robbie came out to my property as arranged right on time at short notice, quickly diagnosed the two issues relating to my shower that needed resealing but mainly a burst pipe that was causing the leak. Robbie completed all the work within a couple of hours replacing the pipe and putting my bathroom floor back together, he also cleaned up my house from what had to be pulled down from my kitchen ceiling providing his own waste bags, this in itself was a fair bit of work (I was off getting the kids from school/nursery he didn't need to do this but was thinking about the kids returning home). The price was also extremely reasonable, I can't recommend Robbie highly enough you won't find a better plumber anywhere, a true professional, very knowledgeable/considerate and a great guy look no further.

Robbie replaced and fitted a new Vaillant boiler for us. He was quick to come back with a quote and managed to schedule us in for the work very quickly. He was pleasant, efficient, tidy and great pains at all times to ensure that we understood what he was doing and why. He then took time to explain the workings of the boiler to us and went through all of the paperwork on finishing. We would certainly recommend Robbie for any plumbing and heating installation work.

I have recently had Robbie supply remove and install 2 radiators as well as supply and fit a Myson plinth heater, the work was completed to a very high standard. He is very efficient an extremely pleasant person and I would recommend him to anyone. He makes sure that you understand how to operate the equipment he has installed. He ensures that he leaves everything clean and tidy. I can't praise him enough, if you require any plumbing Robbie is the one to have.

Planned a long time ago but well worth the wait. Robbie organised all the trades needed and everything went very smoothly and efficiently. All the work was excellent, no messes, and we're very happy with the result. It's particularly useful that Robbie takes on the whole job and has call on specialists in each trade who really know what they are doing. I can't see how the job could have been done better.

We had a boiler fitted by Robbie last year and his work was meticulous so we knew we were in good hands for our bathroom make over. He is very good at communicating and kept us in the loop at all times regarding the work that was happening and when they would be finished. Installation of a new shower unit and new bathroom units and toilet. Preparation work/guidance was very good, and actual work was completed on time. Was on site at agreed time on a daily basis, and the detritus was removed after the job was finished. The work was of a very high quality, and the team he works with also provide a quality service. Very trustworthy, and always provided advice and guidance if an issue cropped up. Mr Dick worked with us to plan a bathroom tailored to our needs. He Gave advice on who he considered were the best vendors to supply the items for the job. He is very respectful, well organised and planned, and an efficient and tidy worker. He takes responsibility for the job and is at pains to say he will return to sort out any snagging required (of which there has been none). He planned and completed a full bathroom overhaul, which included new lighting, flooring, plasterwork, bathroom units and toilet, washbasin, shower and cabinet and new radiator. The work was carried out on the dates and the time scale he identified in a thoroughly professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Robbie to anyone who wants a top quality job done by a top tradesman.

I had been struggling for a number of weeks with plumbing issues and a bad smell throughout my house. I had called another company previously who had not listened, not investigated properly, damaged a pipe unnecessarily, and despite my repeated calls had let me down several times regarding the outstanding issues. When I called Robbie I was pretty fed up with the situation. Robbie came round promptly, identified the smell straight away, listened to the issues and was able to give clear advice on what to do. The issue turned out to be blocked drains outside, and Robbie recommended the ideal company to resolve the problem. I wanted to review Robbie as he was on time, polite, listened to what I had to say and was a reliable source of professional information. The problem is thankfully now resolved, and I will definitely be contacting Robbie again in the future for any work I require done.

I have known Robbie many years and he has done a number of plumbing jobs for me, including installing a central heating system eight years ago. Last week he did a bathroom makeover- bath out, shower cabinet in, new ceiling,floor,wall panels,toilet,etc.- a first class job. I couldn’t agree more with the other reviews. Robbie Dick has done many jobs for us over the years and without exception every job has been completed to our complete satisfaction, such that we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! Robbie works with minimal disruption, doesn’t leave any mess behind and works to a very high standard. When Robbie installed a new vaillant boiler and mira shower for us in 2018, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and we have been delighted with his professional recommendation ever since. We recently had a minor intermittent problem with the controller losing connection with the boiler receiver (which was no reflection on Robbies workmanship in any way). Less than 24 hours after Robbie found out about this, it had been resolved. Very impressive service indeed. Robbie supplied/fitted a new Valiant Gas Boiler and replaced seven radiators - all done as per his initial written quote. He arrived on the date and time agreed, was very professional/courteous and kept me up to date with progress. At the end of each day he cleaned/hoovered leaving the house tidy. Once installed/commissioned, he went through all the paperwork and told me how to work the boiler, etc. I would have no hesitation in using or recommending his services in the future.

Robbie has provided an excellent service over more than 20 years. We accepted his quote for a replacement boiler on 4th March and he was able to fit us into his busy schedule on 23rd March. As always, he came fully prepared with dust sheets etc. Removal of old boiler, and fitting new, was carried out meticulously, with great attention to detail, especially dealing with our 2 foot thick stone walls and ensuring that the system was working perfectly before he left.

We contacted Robbie to have him look at our old boiler and heating system with a view to getting a new boiler. He came to the house and he had a look at our old boiler that had broken down the day before, after we agreed a new boiler he came back with a quote that we duly agreed to. We set up up a date to start and he arrived at the agreed time. The work was carried out in the time quoted by him, in a timely fashion and very tidy worker no mess whatsoever. He came across a faulty radiator on day 2 but was not a problem for him to replace it. Last day he took us through all the controls on the boiler which was very helpful to us. We would highly recommend him for a first-class job.
