Fantastic service from start to finish: accurate quote, great communication before the move, responsive to queries, extremely efficient, hardworking and friendly staff to move and load, and an efficient and careful unloading at the other end: cannot recommend this firm highly enough. If I have to move again, this is who I’ll call - I’ll not bother shopping around.

My removal from Carmarthen to Banbury wasn’t my first experience with Britannia Robbins. They had previously moved me within Carmarthenshire, and the reason for choosing them a second time was their professionalism, pleasantness, and personal concern for their clients. I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else. In fact, the Banbury move was far more challenging because of all kinds of holdups in the conveyancing process. My furniture had to go into storage. Nobody batted an eyelid. All they expressed was sympathy for my situation. Whether it was Paul or Donna in the admin team or whether it was the removers themselves, l could not have wished for better treatment. Nothing was too much trouble. Their concern for me was genuine. When the removal was complete, it was like saying goodbye to friends. The removal process itself was faultless. No damage whatsoever. I cannot rate Britannia Robbins highly enough. Five stars seem grudging!

Brittania Robins repatriated my elderly parents from France to Wales. It was a tricky move with difficult access and at times ‘challenging’ weather! What a wonderful team we had. No moans, no groans, no grumbles. Top marks to a truly professional team - who went the extra mile.

We have moved from South Wales UK to New South Wales Australia, Britannia Robbins in Swansea handled it all seamlessly. Sound professional advice from beginning to end. Paul and Donna helped us with what seemed quite daunting, the customs forms, quarantine considerations, the whole shipping process and linking us up with the Australian shipping counterpart this side. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication either on the phone or email was easy and effortless and we were kept updated all the way. The guys from the Britannia Robbins team who came to carry out the physical move were fantastic too, they were courteous, polite and they worked so hard, packaging, wrapping big items and took great care with musical instruments and the inventory paperwork for customs. Everything has arrived safe and sound. I would highly recommend speaking to them if you are considering any type of move. Such lovely people to deal with, we are so glad we did.

I had a very smooth removal with Britannia Robins from contacting to accepting the quote and removal, the men ( Mark and Peter) worked very hard to accommodate all my needs and fit the furniture to the new house, on top of that it was the cheapest quote I had among few similar companies. I definitely recommend them and will use their service in the future.

Have recently had a complicated move involving lots of uncertainties and my house contents having to go in and out of storage. Very pleased to take delivery of a sofa using Britannia Robins to deliver a sofa through the exterior of a 2nd floor flat using their lifting equipment and operator team. The sofa could not be lifted up the stairs. The only option was through exterior sliding doors about 26 feet off the ground using Lifting equipment. The weather was poor on the day, but the job was very well managed by the whole team and successful and I'm a happy customer. Thanks

We came upon Britannia Robbins when our original shipper let us down. They was a little more expensive but well worth the extra expense to ensure that all my contents arrived in one piece. The guys expertly wrapped everything in the UK which ensured on the other side that not one piece was broken. Everything was still intact which included mirrors, big glass items, framed jerseys and delicate crockery, as well as my tables, chairs etc. The whole process was fantastic and the guys they chose in the US was also very good and so easy to work with. The paperwork was quite detailed, but this ensured that my stuff cleared customs with no problems whatsoever, and no extra costs at all to myself. I'm so glad that I chose Britannia Robbins.

We packed a lot ourselves but the furniture, televisions, mirrors, paintings etc were packed by the boys, not to mention all the garage and she'd. Everything went smoothly with prepacking andnext day full load packing. The team were very careful and friendly and arrived the following day to unload. The weather was okay loading but pouring with rain to unload, but the team were cheerful and protected the furniture with care. Considering the amount of work and the distance to travel I cosider the cost was good value for the money. A very satisfactory coclusion and a speedy move.

Britannia Robbins deserve to be congratulated on the removal they did for me from Swansea to Colchester. To begin with they had to accommodated the last minute delay in the completion on the sale of my house which meant I had to cancel the original date booked for my move. They went to great lengths to fit me in to their arrangements for the following week which they did very helpfully. The packing up was done speedily and very well The crew at that stage and when when my belongings were delivered to my new address where careful, efficient and were happy to make changes to the position of furniture in various rooms when I asked them to. They were friendly, cheerful and professional. The whole experience of removing and, after several weeks of my belongings being in store, of moving in was as painless as the process is possible to be.

We moved home on 27/10/20 and cannot fault the service we received. Every call and query was answered promptly prior to the move and on the day the staff work so hard but also kept us fully updated and constantly checked that we were happy with what they were doing. We hopefully won’t be moving for a little while but if we do again then I will have absolutely no hesitation to use Britannia Robbins again!
