We needed to get our new sofa up to our first floor living room from outside because it wouldn't go up the stairs. They had to use a hoist to lift the sofa up and over the balcony and into the house. They were very helpful and efficient delivering the sofa safely into the room without any damage to either the sofa, the balcony or even the grass the trailer had stood on.

We used Britannia Robbins 10 years ago to ship all of our personal possessions to western Canada, when we needed to ship family photos and oversized pictures from our parents estate after they passed it was a no brainer to use Andrew and his team again. We engage Britannia Robbins every year to transport our student son's belongings between Swansea and his student accommodation in Manchester. Gone are the days of just 1 suitcase. It is now up to 10 large boxes. They also transported our daughter's belongings between Swansea and UEA in Norwich during her time in East Anglia. We used Britannia Robbins to facilitate a complex move between South Wales and Shropshire. They were meticulous in their planning and assessing of our needs, and absolutely outstanding in the careful, courteous service they provided. They even packed items such as lamps and light-fittings on-the-spot, to a far higher standard than we would have achieved. I would recommend without hesitation.

Not so simple move handled professionally and very quickly. We moved from a 3 Bed on a main road with double yellows to a 4 bed in a tight cramped street and the crew were amazing. They had 90% of the items packed on the first day with also filing up one van in the process and the rest was packed with furniture that was dismantled on the second day. They have finished around 1400 on the second day. Aftercare service is just as great. Been told when ever we have finished unpacking be it in a week or month then give them a call and they will collect all the moving material. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Five stars.

Our recent move was far from smooth as the completion date was changed several times but, thanks to the Britannia Robbins team, particularly Donna, we were finally installed. The packers were extremely careful and diligent, also very patient and helpful. Thanks particularly to Tony, Ben and Kieran. We recently moved home from Swansea to Llandudno and Britannia Robbins provided outstanding service from start to finish. Due to completion problems, we were not able to give very much notice for the booking but we were fitted in with no problem. From the very first contact with the company representative Paul Davies who came to asses our needs, we found everything was done in a highly professional and courteous manner. The removal team were faultless - our move took a few days to complete and we had a lot of items to be transported. The care and patience taken with our things were second to none, and throughout the process the team was friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend this company.

My removal took place over 2 days due to the distance involved. Day one started with dry weather which deteriorated into a long downpour. The removal crew did everything they could to keep my belongings dry and to minimise the dirt being brought into the house by laying down blankets and plastic covering. Day two brought better weather, and as day 1 the crew were very much on time, friendly (and funny which lightened the stressful experience of a full house move) and worked fast and safely. I can truthfully say that in such a demanding situation the removers were spot on, I cannot fault them. They were very considerate and efficient, i.e. totally professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and relatives if their service was required.

We chose Robbins to manage our complex move from two homes, in Swansea and London, to France. Everything about the whole operation, including packing, storing, wrapping, dealing with the bureaucracy, and above all collection and delivery in coordination with a French remover, was perfect. During our recent house move, we received excellent service from removal team. They were efficient, polite and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would certainly recommend, and use if ever we were to move again.

I used Britannia Robbins to move some large items for my elderly father who had moved from South Wales to Yorkshire to be closer to family. As there were only a few large items Donna, who organised everything and was fabulous, mentioned doing a partial load, which undercut several of the quotes I'd been given. She worked hard to liase everything for me and it all went like clockwork. The removal men were so friendly and polite and everything was moved carefully and with consideration and on time. The staff at the office were also very helpful. The men who came to pack our valuables were very efficient, and every item was safely packed.
