Gerald and Ben did a great job. They completed the job on time. They were good at solving problems, and very pleasant to deal with.

I have successfully used Britannia several times in the past and this time was no exception. Britannia collected my home contents from Bristol, arrived on time, packed all items carefully with ease and left the same day to storage in Swansea. Several months later, the shipment was relocated to our new home, without damage as testament to the care and professionalism of their employees. I would certainly recommend Britannia to anyone, without reservation!

It was absolutely fabulous dealing with Brittania Robbins for our move, which was quite complicated. We were being strung along in a chain with no certainty of a completion date. On top of this we had an overseas trip booked which could not be cancelled! All of the above were merely “No problems Sir” for Mr Geoffery Robbins and Mr Paul Davies! While Paul did all the planning around our haywire schedule, Jeff took personal interest in overseeing everything. The move was in stages. Packing, overseas trip, removing, delivery and unpacking. The guys who did the actual work obviously took great pride in the job they were doing. Extremely friendly, super efficient and willing to cater to our whims yet firm about what was not physically possible, we can’t thank Steve, Jamie, Rob, Tony and all the others enough! We have had a flawless experience with Brittania Robbins and would recommend them for any house move, big or small.

Fantastic service, nothing was too much trouble. There was a very large house to be cleared and the men were first class, very friendly and also highly professional at the same time. I was guided through the process, communication excellent throughout. Would highly recommend.

We used Britannia Robbins to move us from Swansea to our new home in England. I cannot praise them enough for the job that they did. From organising the first visit to quote, to contacting the office with queries and then to the actual removal days themselves, all went incredibly smoothly. In particular the removal guys were amazing. They turned up on time, worked incredibly hard and were just sociable enough for it not to feel awkward. We moved during a heat wave, and unpacking into our new home was hard for us - let alone the guys doing all the work. But they never stopped, never complained, just got on with the job with a smile. They even took time to mend a bookcase that was rickety - above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend Britannia Robbins (the Swansea branch) to anyone.

Britannia Robbins Swansea moved us in June 2022 and we had to place most of our items into storage. With a house under renovation some 70 miles from Swansea they looked after it extremely well, secure and safe. On returning our items in December 2023 everything was returned and the highest care taken in delivering the items. Jamie who picked the items up initially delivered them to the new property, he was outstanding, knew his job inside out, a top employee. Outstanding service, outstanding staff and nothing too much trouble.

From the moment l spoke to Donna on the phone to make initial enquiries, l was persuaded by her personal tone and obvious care for the individual. When Paul came to estimate, that impression was confirmed. When Gerald, Tony and Hugh turned up on 3 April to pack my effects, l knew absolutely that this was the right company to go with. By the time my things went into storage the team felt like members of the family. Nothing was too much trouble. They took great care of everything. When my things came out of storage 9 months later, everything was in perfect condition. I was delighted when Donna booked the same team to come and unpack. I cannot recommend this company too highly.

From initial contact to completion of the office move the team of guys were fab: timely on arrival, thorough, proactive (when hit with issues like only one lift to 3rd floor), no hanging around just got on with the tasks in hand, careful with all of the office equipment and on arrival at the new office were just as efficient setting them into place where needed. All in all I can't think of a better company or team of people to move my home or our office. I would recommend Britannia Robbins over any other company, we even had the boss arrive to check on his team. Thank you Paul, Dean and your amazing team.

We cannot fault the service received from this Company from the initial quote to the move plan, packing and loading to final delivery. It was a 4 day move but our house was left tidy each evening and our comfort was considered with the essentials packed last. There were 3 people to pack and only 2 to unload which put a lot of pressure on those 2 and necessitated an extra day at the end. Despite this, the staff were cheerful, proficient and thoughtful throughout the process. There was follow-up a couple of days after the move. Thoroughly professional service.

After months of delays my daughter was given 3 working days to move !! Britannia Robbins were available and reviewed the property via a phone video. On the day the team arrived promptly - all were friendly, helpful and efficient under very difficult circumstances resulting from problems elsewhere in the "chain". They went above and beyond to help my daughter and we are so grateful to them.

I can’t recommend these guys enough, from quote to delivery with a remote store facility provision I was so impressed. Five star review happily given, and all for a very competitive fully insured price. Book them you won’t go wrong!!

After being let down by Currys (never use them) with regards to the delivery of an American fridge freezer I contacted Paul who helped us move last year. Within less than one hour of Currys delivering the freezer to Britannia’s depot, Paul was at our house with a colleague. The old freezer was removed and the new one fully installed in less than an hour! Great service and will always use again!

Cannot fault the professionalism and efficiency of the team that moved us. They were very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure our move went ahead smoothly. They did the job with good humour; this was important for us when dealing with a stressful situation. The move took place over two days, emptying the bulk of our furniture. This took the pressure off us; allowing us time to clean the house in preparation for the new occupants. We had an upright piano to move as well as some very large furniture, all were handled with care and respect. We had used Robbins previously to move us into the house we were moving from, we also had quite a bit of furniture in storage with them. Eighteen years later the service was just as good. We would not hesitate to use them again, in fact we would recommend Robbins to family and friends in the future.

We had amazing help from Andrew Robbins and his staff, he booked us in to move our household furniture into storage, everything was done promptly, efficiently and with no hiccups, lovely staff and very helpful. We would highly recommend their service, we know that our furniture is in excellent hands in storage till we have a date to move into another property, to which we know they will then deliver it for us. This is the second time Andrew has moved us and will always use their service.

We cannot praise this company enough they were excellent.From the outset they were professional in every aspect and nothing was too much trouble.They we’re always easy to get hold of and answered all questions asked with clarity which gave great confidence. Their pricing was excellent and considering we had very many awkward large pieces very competitive. Britannia Robbins of Swansea were a pleasure to deal with and the removal was carried out very efficiently. Their administration and and point of contact Donna Davies was excellent, and the removal team of Steve, Levi and Chris were first class being courteous, very obliging and extremely efficient. We had excellent service throughout from an experienced family firm who ensured the client's needs were their priority. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them.

I recently moved house and used Britannia Robbins to move me. From the outset when Paul, the manager, came to my home to give an estimate, I felt that they were an experienced, professional company. Paul was pleasant and efficient and the price was reasonable. After a setback on my side when my completion date fell through, they were able to give me a new contract. They were also very understanding and sympathetic regarding the stress I was feeling. On moving day, the team of three arrived on time and loaded up the two vans. They were polite and helpful throughout the morning and did whatever they could to make things run smoothly. We had a long wait for the keys to my new home and although this can be a problem when people move, they were very patient. They unloaded everything as quickly as possible once we did get the keys and put things in the right places. It was a long day for them but they did not complain. My new neighbour, who is elderly and uses a stick was also impressed with them as they had had to park outside her house as well as mine to unload. When they had finished and it was dark by now, they went in to tell her she could move her car back in and waited until she had done so and was safely back inside her home before leaving. I’ve written a long review as I wanted to illustrate just how reliable, professional and helpful this company is. I would recommend them to anyone.

We thoroughly recommend this company the whole team are professional from quoting, packing and removal. On two occasions they retrieved items already packed and on the vehicle, although the mistake was mine they obliged willingly. We are so happy we chose Robbins as they made the whole process of moving bearable. A great team without exception.

This company is Outstanding. They were professional from the start with a detailed Estimate and were competitively priced. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. I've recently moved from South Wales to Northumberland, England, they carried out the move without any problems, were on time and delivered my belongings as scheduled. I highly recommend this company.

We used Britannia Robbins for our move yesterday. They provided their packing service as well as the overall move & both services were second to none. The packers / removers arrived on time, were polite, friendly, professional & couldn't have done more for us! I wouldn't think twice about recommending them & we would definitely use them again.
