Rob installed my wood burner 6 years ago, along with a colleague, and he has been cleaning my chimney annually since then. His prices are reasonable and upfront. Appointments are easy to arrange by phone, and he is always flexible. As he is in demand, there tends to be a wait for his services – but it is worth the wait. Knowing him, I’m sure he would come asap if there was an urgent situation. He is very friendly and easy to get on with, so his visits are always enjoyable and never stressful. He has a wealth of experience and is very knowledgeable about his field, but can explain things in simple terms to the layman. He is always ready to advise. His work is thorough, careful and efficient, and he always leaves the fireplace clean and tidy – even the glass on the wood burner was cleaned this time and is gleaming! I would certainly recommend Rob to others.

Bob was amazing he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the job with no mess or fuss. First time since installation of log burner that it's been cleaned and it was a great experience. Will definitely use next year.

Bob swept the chimney and completed the annual checks. He returned to replace the rope seal on the wood burner door. Arrived as expected, did a good and tidy job. Happy to advise on cleaning etc. Great service.

We have used a few sweeps over the years, and none has come close to matching Bob! He is efficient, scrupulously tidy, and incredibly knowledgeable. He is, moreover, simply a delight to have around the house. I would never use anyone else, and heartily recommend him to everyone!
