Really happy with the service today. Steve was lovely, came out straight away to repair my dad’s boiler. Also serviced it for the year while he was there. Would definitely recommend.

Steve installed our boiler and has been servicing it for a number of years. I would not go anywhere else. He consistently offers a great, reliable service and is friendly and informative, whilst remaining professional and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve came to service our gas boiler and what a lovely guy. He was very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He went straight to work and did a great job servicing our boiler and also noticed that our Carbon Monoxide detector was out of date by quite a few years and showed us a photo which clearly showed the date had expired. We were surprised to hear this as it had only been serviced the previous year by someone else and was not picked up by them. I would definitely recommend Steve and will not hesitate to use him again.

I have been customer for a few years now after he sorted out a major problem left by another tradesman. Steve is very reliable polite and conscientious. He is also punctual. This piece of work was a boiler service and flushing of the system and checking whole system up to scratch. Very thorough work and now the radiators are working as though they are new. It is a narrow bore system so tends to clog up. Everything was explained properly and in my opinion priced fairly. I can highly recommend Steve for any kind of plumbing or central heating work. Update: Last Autumn the whole system was flushed. It used to be done by one of the big energy companies and I never noticed any impact on the functionality of the system or bills. Steve was very thorough- a whole lot of stuff came out of the system. Despite being on a higher energy tariff during winter I have saved £10 - £15 per month on heating bills. The thermostats on the radiators never need to be set at 5 as before. The radiators are really hot on level 3. Well worth doing !!!

Steve has done our annual boiler service for years and is always reliable. He is also very easy to contact and has also helped us with other heating and plumbing issues and enquiries we have had, and always gives honest advice. Would 100% recommend and will continue to use his services

Steve serviced the boiler and two gas fires for my very elderly parents (aged 91 and 93) both of whom are hard of hearing. He did a great job servicing the fires and boiler and was very punctual. Steve came to repair a radiator. He was polite and honest from the start that he may not be able to repair the radiator however, radiator was repaired. Steve was clean and tidy when carrying out the repair. He didn’t leave any mess. I have booked him in again to come back and do some more work on my boiler and for regular boiler servicing.
